Es war wirklich sehr ekelig, die Tasten zu drücken. Da machen alle so ein Tamtam wegen Corona und hier greif ich direkt in den Dreck und was weiß ich noch was. Sieht ja so aus, als hätte jemand eine Ladung Erde drübergelehrt. Who actually operates the ATM in front of it? I haven't seen anything extremely dirty for a long time. Here are a few photos. It was really gross to hit the buttons. Everyone makes such a hoopla about Corona and here I reach straight into the dirt and what else do I know what. Looks like someone taught a load of earth over it.

Und dann passiert dir das: Du willst ein Goldmünze verkaufen - die muss aber zur Überprüfung eingeschickt werden - kann erst in 3 Tagen passieren (also das Wegschicken). Dann bekommst du Bescheid (dauert wie lange?). Auf Nachfrage was das soll - ist ein Österreichische Münze - die Antwort: Sind keine Goldexperten. Na sowas. Gilt das auch wenn ich ein Münze kaufen will. Kann ich sie dann auch zur Begutachtung mitnehmen? So ein Schwachsinn. Was ist aus unseren Banken geworden? Actually we are very satisfied on the Raika. And then this happens to you: You want to sell a gold coin - but it has to be sent in for verification - can only happen in 3 days (i.e. sending it away). You will then be informed (takes how long?). When asked what that's supposed to be - it's an Austrian coin - the answer: They're not gold experts. Well so what. Does this also apply if I want to buy a coin. Can I take them with me to the assessment? Such bullshit. What has become of our banks?
L	Lukas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Filiale hat grundsätzlich sehr nette und kompetente Mitarbeiter, jedoch muss man hier sehr viel Zeit einplanen. In 9 von 10 Fällen geht die Warteschlange bis zum Eingang. Der zweite Schalter wurde in meinen 20 Jahren als Kunde erst einmal geöffnet! Diskretion ist hier eher ein Fremdwort! Es bekommt leider jeder mit was man am Schalter möchte oder was man mit seinem Berater bespricht. Die Mitarbeiter sitzen sehr eng beieinander, keine Trennung zwischen den Beratungsplätzen und am Schalter sind die Kunden direkt hinter einem. Wenn man etwas Abwechslung sucht, setzt man sich hier am besten 15 min in den sogenannten „Wartebereich“ und man bekommt beste Einblicke in die finanziellen Probleme von Familie A. welche Veranlagungsform sich Herr B. wünscht oder über die ältere Dame die sich einen Safe für ihr Gold mieten möchte. Die Filiale ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, was man an vielen Ecken und Enden sieht. Hier hoffe ich, dass sie bei dieser Filiale sich an der Filiale am Rochusmarkt orientieren! The branch has basically very nice and competent employees, but you have to plan a lot of time here. In 9 out of 10 cases the queue goes all the way to the entrance. The second counter has only been opened once in my 20 years as a customer! Discretion is rather a foreign word here! Unfortunately, everyone gets what they want at the counter or what they discuss with their advisor. The employees sit very close together, there is no separation between the advice desks and at the counter the customers are directly behind you. If you are looking for a change, it is best to sit here for 15 minutes in the so-called "waiting area" and you will get the best insights into the financial problems of family A. which form of investment Mr. B. wants or about the older lady who wants a safe for want to rent their gold. The branch is very old, which can be seen in many nooks and crannies. I hope that this branch will be based on the branch at Rochusmarkt!
