★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider schafft es diese Bank nicht, mir ein einfaches Kündigungsformular für eine Auflösung meines Bausparvertrages zu geben. Die Schalterangestellte meinte nur, dass hinter mir Leute waren und ich mich bei meiner Hausbank (RLB Linz) melden soll, da diese meine Legitimation schneller machen könne!
Service schlecht - Ausrede schlecht - ein Grund mehr, warum diese Bank wieder einen potenziellen Kunden weniger hat!

Unfortunately, this bank is unable to give me a simple termination form for the termination of my building society contract. The counter clerk only said that there were people behind me and that I should report to my house bank (RLB Linz), as this could make my legitimation faster!
Service bad - excuse bad - one more reason why this bank again has one potential customer less!
