Bin seit ich denken kann Kunde bei der Raika, bin aber am Überlegen, ob ich die Bank wechseln soll! Habe immer gedacht, der Kunde ist König, aber weit davon entfernt. Nur weil man auf Anhieb etwas nicht kapiert, kann man ja freundlich bleiben, oder? Noch vor einigen Jahren bin ich gern zur Bank gegangen, das hat sich aber mittlerweile geändert. Bis auf wenige Mitarbeiter, die dir wirklich alles erklären, ist die Bank nicht mehr die, die sie war! Bin echt sauer!! The lady at the information desk had a very unfriendly manner! Have been a Raika customer for as long as I can remember, but am considering whether I should change banks! I always thought the customer was king, but far from it. Just because you don't understand something straight away, you can stay friendly, right? A few years ago I still liked going to the bank, but that has now changed. Except for a few employees who really explain everything to you, the bank is no longer what it was! I'm really pissed off !!
