Ich wollte heute bei dieser Bank Geld wechseln und zuerst wurde mir gesagt, dass dies nur Raiffaisenmitgliedern gestattet sei. Doch ich hatte Glück und wurde mit einer sehr hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiterin verbunden die mir das Geld trotzdem gewechselt hat.

Today I wanted to change money at this bank and at first I was told that this was only allowed to Raiffaisen members. But I was lucky and was put through to a very helpful employee who still changed my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Altmodisch und unfreundlich. Wir haben müssen dort 1 Sparbuch machen, für Baby (Gemeinde hat uns geschenkt). Mitarbeiter hat nix geredet mit uns, nur was extrem notwendig war. Zwischen hat telefoniert (auch unfreundlich). Für Termin haben wir ca 3 Woche gewartet, war aber nichts vorbereitet und er hat auch Name falsch geschrieben. Usw. Nie wieder.
Old-fashioned and unfriendly. We have to make 1 passbook there, for baby (community has given us). Employees didn't talk to us, only what was extremely necessary. Between calls (also unfriendly). We waited about 3 weeks for the appointment, but nothing was prepared and he also misspelled the name. Etc. Never again.
