Ich möchte mich nochmal bei Herrn Baysal für die kompetente Beratung bedanken. Der Antrag wurde sehr rasch erledig! Seine zuvorkommende und nette Art ist leider sehr selten noch bei anderen Banken zu finden. Meist wird man von oben herab behandelt. Das ist aber bei der Santander Bank in Fürstenfeld Gott sei Dank nicht der Fall. Großes Lob nochmal!

I didn't know about Santander until when I was buying my car and dealership offered me financing through them and it made no difference for me so I took it. There is a branch in Fürstenfeld and I walked in to setup a monthly payment transfer for the first time. I wish I didnt go there... worst experience ever. Two "fraus" sitting there and killing their time (one on the phone chatting). These ladies didnt even bother to help. I walked in with visible Santander logo paper (meaning I am customer). I dont speak German and when I asked if they speak English (make them unhappy I guess)) So anyway it looked like I am demanding them to speak Chinese mandarin or Peruviam mountain dialect. "Nah" she said. No english... But she show me the chair to sit and wait for her colleague (who doesn't speak the language either). When the other "frau" was finally off the phone she ignored me and let the first "hero" to explain me that no one can help me here. I've to call the main center. The way they deal with people, the way they talk and behave it's just unexpectable. I wonder if Santander bank have a training on how to deal and treat customers. If they do, they should call these two "wonderfull creatures " and make them understand that the main assets of the banks are the Customers.
