C	Cranky_ Yankers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr am Schalter war freundlich, für die Gebühren bei einer Bareinzahlung kann er nichts, der Kollege welcher "Sparbücher für Kautionen" macht, schlug dem Fass den Boden aus, als er sah dass ich bei einer anderen Raiffeisenbank Kunde bin, hatte er plötzlich in 10min ein wichtiges Telefonat! Er müsse mich als Kunden anlegen, und warum ich "quasi" nicht zu meiner Hausbank gehe... naja warum wohl? Die ist in einem anderen BUNDESLAND! Eine frechheit sondersgleichen! Kurzum da die Bank mein Geld nicht möchte, da mich der Kollege NICHT als Kunde anlegen wollte kommts woanderst hin... Kundenfreundlichkeig wurde nur am Schalter beim Eingang gezeigt, der Rest war entsprechend, zwei Sterne nur wegen dem Kollegen, und noch eine Anmerkung: Neben einem Kunden staucht man seinen Kollegen NICHT zusammen! Egal ob er gesehen hat dass ich bei einer anderen Raiffeisenbank bin oder nicht! Spricht viel übers Arbeitsklima wenn Kollegen vor einem "Kunden" angemotzt werden und sich dieser Entschuldigen muss The gentleman at the counter was friendly, he is not responsible for the fees for a cash deposit, the colleague who makes "savings accounts for deposits" knocked out the bottom when he saw that I am a customer of another Raiffeisen bank, he suddenly had in 10 minutes an important phone call!
