Zugegebenermaßen buche ich schon seit Jahren über Internet-Plattformen und habe seit gefühlten Ewigkeiten kein Reisebüro mehr besucht. Da uns Corona allerding auch gelehrt hat welche Sicherheit es bieten kann, Ansprechpartner*innen Vorort zu haben oder zumindest online kontaktieren zu können, habe ich mich diesmal entschlossen über ein herkömmliches Reisebüro zu buchen. Auf Empfehlung einer Freundin habe ich mich an Frau Nadine Golubits in Tulln gewandt. Wie erwähnt, hatte ich nur die Sicherheit eines Reisebüros gewollt, gefunden habe ich allerdings wesentlich mehr. Frau Golubits hat sich nicht nur unglaublich geduldig und freundlich um meine Anliegen bemüht – wir haben an einem Tag sicher 6-8 mal telefoniert, sondern letztlich auch die für mich beste Möglichkeit gefunden zu einem Preis, der deutlich unter den Angeboten im Internet liegt. Wer also kompetente und freundliche Beratung sucht und das zu einem fairen Preis, ist bei Frau Golubits in Tulln genau richtig! Since Corona has also taught us what security it can offer to have contacts on site or at least to be able to contact them online, this time I decided to book through a conventional travel agency. On the recommendation of a friend, I turned to Mrs. Nadine Golubits in Tulln. As mentioned, I only wanted the security of a travel agency, but I found a lot more. Ms. Golubits not only took care of my concerns in an incredibly patient and friendly manner - we must have phoned 6-8 times in one day, but ultimately also found the best option for me at a price that is well below the offers on the Internet. So if you are looking for competent and friendly advice and that at a fair price, then Mrs. Golubits in Tulln is the right place for you!
G	Gerald Koller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gegen Ende 2019 interessierte ich mich für eine 2020er Kreuzfahrt in der Raiffeisen Reisen Zentrale in Wien und wurde an Frau Nadine Haugeneder (damals noch Golubits) im Raiffeisen Reisebüro Tulln verwiesen, da Frau Haugender die absolute Kreuzfahrtexpertin sei. Diese Weiterleitung war ein absoluter Glücksfall für mich. Frau Nadine Haugender ist, neben allem fachlichen Wissen, ein immer gut gelaunter, herzlicher, positiver Mensch, der auch in Coronazeiten sich alle möglichen und unmöglichen Fragen geduldig anhörte und diese dann ausgesprochen freundlich und kompetent beantwortete. Es kam coronabedingt dann zu einer Umbuchung auf 2021 und schlussendlich heuer, statt einer weiteren Umbuchung auf 2022, zu einer "Umwandlung" der Anzahlung in einen Reisegutschein. Deshalb meine unbedingte Weiterempfehlung von Frau Nadine Haugeneder als Top Reiseberaterin bei Raiffeisen Reisen in Tulln. Towards the end of 2019 I was interested in a 2020 cruise at the Raiffeisen Reisen headquarters in Vienna and was referred to Ms. Nadine Haugeneder (then Golubits) at the Raiffeisen travel agency in Tulln, as Ms. Haugender is the absolute cruise expert. This forwarding was an absolute godsend for me. In addition to all of her technical knowledge, Ms. Nadine Haugender is always in a good mood, warm, positive person who, even in times of the Corona, listened patiently to all possible and impossible questions and then answered them in an extremely friendly and competent manner. Due to the corona, the booking was then rebooked to 2021 and finally this year, instead of a further rebooking to 2022, the deposit was "converted" into a travel voucher. Hence my unconditional recommendation of Ms. Nadine Haugeneder as a top travel advisor at Raiffeisen Reisen in Tulln.
