Persönlich kann ich das Unternehmen und Herrn Mag. Viuketich wirklich empfehlen. Disponibel und reaktiv wurden alle Belangen bis jetzt in unserem Haus sehr schnell in Ordnung gebracht. Unsere jährlichen BK hat die HV ebenfalls sehr gut im Griff. Wir haben jährlich minimale Veränderungen und diese werden eher reduziert als angehoben.

Personally, I can really recommend the company and Mr. Viuketich. Up to now, all issues have been resolved very quickly and responsibly in our house. Our annual BK also has the HV very well under control. We have minimal changes every year and these are reduced rather than increased.

Wenn Sie jemanden suchen, der Ihre Immobilie wirklich zu einhundert Prozent zu schätzen weiß, das Objekt nicht nur als einen weiteren Punkt in irgendeiner lieblosen Liste behandelt, und der mit Charme und viel Fachkenntnis die beste Lösung findet - dann kann ich Herr Vuketich sowie Frau Hochenegger wirklich ans Herz legen sowie weiterempfehlen!!
