Eine Stärke der Bankstelle ist ihr Zuhören; sowohl am Schalter als auch auf Internet dirch die ELBA-App. Als Franzose bin ich sehr zufrieden, da das Team verständnisvoll ist und sich gerne die Zeit nimmt, um diesen oder jenen Begriff einfacher zu erklären.
 I've been a customer of this RLB branch for a month. One of the bank's strengths is its listening; the ELBA app both at the counter and on the Internet. As a Frenchman, I am very satisfied because the team is understanding and likes to take the time to explain this or that term more simply.
