Per Telef am Sa Nachmittag reserviert .... Montag hab ich meine Reservierung abgeholt. Alles Top . Sehr freundliches Team ...... macht weiter so.
Very customer-friendly ... when there was a question of the guarantee, a copy of the invoice was made immediately.
Reserved by phone on Saturday afternoon .... I picked up my reservation on Monday. Everything perfect . Very friendly team ...... keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trockenes Kachelofenholz bestellt (3 Paletten) - außen hat alles gut ausgeschaut. In der Mitte der Palette versteckt war morsches Holz. Das Holz war noch nicht ganz trocken, also nicht für den Kachelofen geeignet (hat auch zu schimmeln begonnen in einem trockenen Lagerraum). Darauf hin selbst nochmal getrockenet (das was halt zu verwenden war). Auf die Anfrage ob sich ein Mitarbeiter des Lagerhauses Hollabrunn das ansehen kommen könnte, kam nur die Bemerkung dass dafür keine Zeit ist. Morsches Holz wurde auf einer Deponie entsorgt ...
Ordered dry tiled stove wood (3 pallets) - everything looked good on the outside. Rotten wood was hidden in the middle of the pallet. The wood wasn't quite dry yet, so it wasn't suitable for the tiled stove (it also started to go moldy in a dry storage room). Thereupon dried again (what was to be used). When asked if an employee of the Hollabrunn warehouse could come and see it, the only comment was that there was no time for that. Rotten wood was disposed of in a landfill ...
