Had bought very expensive shoes there that were unfortunately already broken the next day! Wanted to complain there, they told us we should just go to the shoemaker and have them repaired ?♂️?♂️?♂️?♂️

Bis jetzt war ich immer sehr zufrieden mit dem Preis und natürlich auch mit dem Personal. Keiner ist aufdringlich. Benötigt man jedoch Hilfe oder Beratung, ist sofort jemand zur Verfügung.

So far I've always been very satisfied with the price and of course with the staff. Nobody is pushy. However, if you need help or advice, someone is available immediately.
