★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Mitarbeiter sollten sich einem Sehtest unterziehen, denn wenn man von einem Konto statt 2,80 Euro 28 Euro abbucht und der Bankkunde dann Probleme hat sein Geld zurück zu bekommen, kann ich das nicht gut heißen! Und dann kann man das alles nicht einmal sofort klären, außer man bettelt um einen Urlaubstag, weil diese Filiale ja nur selten am Nachmittag offen hat. Einfach nur ärgerlich!
Heute ändere ich meine 1-Stern-Bewertung auf 4 Sterne. Dies verdankt die Bank einzig einem Mitarbeiter, Herrn Geisler, der sich heute wirklich lange Zeit genommen hat für mein Problem und mir auch wirklich helfen konnte. Er ist wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke für Ihre Hilfe bei der Wiederbeschaffung meines Geldes!
 The employees should undergo an eye test, because if you withdraw 28 euros from an account instead of 2.80 euros and the bank customer then has problems getting his money back, I cannot approve of that! And then you can't even sort it out right away, unless you're begging for a day off because this branch is rarely open in the afternoon. Just annoying!
Today I'm changing my 1 star rating to 4 stars. The bank owes this solely to one employee, Mr. Geisler, who took a really long time today for my problem and was also able to really help me. He is really friendly and helpful. Thanks for your help in getting my money back!
