Das Tal ist auch heute noch vom Massentourismus unberührt. Das ist ein weiterer Grund dafür, dass man sich hier einfach wohl fühlen kann. ? I've been here countless times since 1977. The place Raggal as well as the whole Walsertal has meanwhile become a real second home. The valley is still untouched by mass tourism today. That's another reason why you can just feel comfortable here. ?

Bei der Traudl oberhalb von der Kirche gibt’s echten Bergkäse und gegenüber in der Walserklause Bier aus Bayern, eine schöne Brotzeit oder auch einen echten österreichischen Kaiserschmarren . Nach einer Ganztagswanderung ist das das beste Schmankerl. Am Sonntag wird natürlich Heilige Messe gefeiert. Hier ist “die Kirche eben noch im Dorf” wie es sich gehört und der Herrgott hat den Platz, der ihm zusteht. One of the most beautiful places to slow down. At the Traudl above the church there's real mountain cheese and opposite in the Walserklause beer from Bavaria, a nice snack or a real Austrian Kaiserschmarren. After a full day hike, this is the best delicacy. Of course Holy Mass is celebrated on Sunday. Here is "the church just in the village" as it should be and the Lord God has the place to which he is entitled.
