F	Freddie petrolhead on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem meine Mail vom 18.11 ignoriert wurde Poste ich jetzt... Hallo Radwelt-Team, ich hätte eine Beanstandung und einen Verbesserungsvorschlag. Zur Beanstandung; das Kabel musste nicht verlegt werden (es hat ja am Kiox auch funktioniert) im Vergleich mit meinem Cube habe ich am Cube mit beiden Nyon das selbe Problem, das Laden schaltet sich nach dem einschalten manchmal zu spät ein. Woher es kommt, müsste Bosch wissen. Im Kreuzversuch beide Nyon auf beiden Räder laden die Nyon manchmal sofort manchmal verzögert. Also war der Mehraufwand (und erheblichen Mehrkosten) nicht gerechtfertigt. Zum Verbesserungsvorschlag; Falls Sie nochmal ein Rad auf Nyon umrüsten dann befestigten sie die Lenkradhalterung umgedreht, somit steht das Nyon nicht so weit über den Lenker. Das hat den Vorteil das das Nyon geschützter montiert ist und ästhetischer ist es auch. Grüße.... After my mail of 11/18 was ignored, I am now posting ... Hello Radwelt team, I have a complaint and a suggestion for improvement. To the complaint; the cable did not have to be laid (it also worked on the Kiox) compared to my cube, I have the same problem on the cube with both Nyon, the charging sometimes switches on too late after switching on. Bosch ought to know where it comes from. In a cross test, both Nyon on both bikes, the Nyon sometimes load immediately, sometimes with a delay. So the additional effort (and considerable additional costs) was not justified. To the suggestion for improvement; If you want to convert a bike to Nyon again, fasten the steering wheel holder the other way around, so that the Nyon is not so far above the handlebars. This has the advantage that the Nyon is mounted more protected and it is also more aesthetic. Regards....

Anfänglich war ich skeptisch, ob meine Entscheidung ein E-Bike online und dazu noch in Österreich zu bestellen, richtig war. Ich kann euch hier nur bestätigen – war es. Absolut! Alle meine Bedenken sind ausgeräumt worden. Die Qualität des E-Bikes und euer Team haben mich überzeugt. Ich möchte mich an dieser Stelle für den tollen Service bedanken. Mir wurde immer mit gleichbleibender Zuverlässigkeit und Freundlichkeit geholfen. Sollte ich nochmals ein E-Bike kaufen, das wird dann wohl ein Tiefeinsteiger, wird der erste Blick auf eure Homepage sein. Alles Gute für euer Team und viel Erfolg weiter. Neu kamen: 9 fach Kassette 11-23 (bei Shimano nicht mehr erhältlich), Kette, Kettenblätter 39-53, alle Bowdenzüge, Lenkerband und Bremsbeläge. Ich wurde sehr freundlich und kompetent bedient! Super happy! I gave my 20-year-old small racing bike to Radwelt Michi Knopf for service and the replacement of worn parts. New: 9-speed cassette 11-23 (no longer available from Shimano), chain, chainrings 39-53, all Bowden cables, handlebar tape and brake pads. I was served very friendly and competently!
