Wegen dem Korb musste das Personal den Kabel der Lampe verlängern. Er hat sich sehr viel Mühe und Zeit für meine Wünsche gegeben. Service und Reparatur für alle Räder, und das kompetent, freundlich und preiswert. Small recommended bicycle shop in the pedestrian zone. Das neue Rad wurde fachgerecht fertig zusammengebaut, überprüft und konnte vor Ort nochmals ausprobiert werden um Sattel und Lenker korrekt einzustellen. Als wir nach einem Monat einen "Patschen" hatten und dies meldeten, bekamen wir am nächsten Tag (!!) zwei Ersatzschläuche zugeschickt! - Schnell, kompetent und großzügig. -- Dieser Shop hebt sich wohltuend von anderen ab! - Sehr zu empfehlen!!! Very good service! - "Test driving" different bikes was not a problem. The new bike was professionally assembled, checked and tried again on site to correctly adjust the saddle and handlebars. When we had a "slap" after a month and reported this, we received two replacement hoses the next day (!!)! - Fast, competent and generous. - This shop stands out from others in a beneficial way! - We recommend!!!
