Der Besitzer weiß wovon er spricht und hat uns sofort die perfekten Leuchten für unser Esszimmer vorgeschlagen. Schade, dass es immer weniger so "kleine" Geschäfte gibt. I haven't received such personal and solution-oriented advice for a long time - simply great! The owner knows what he is talking about and immediately suggested the perfect lights for our dining room. It's a shame that there are fewer and fewer "small" shops.

Zumindest in dieser Beziehung war ich sehr zufrieden, musste nicht warten, der Verkäufer war sehr freundlich und flott. Obwohl es nach einem Telefongespräch klar war, das mir diese Firma nicht helfen kann und daher mir auch nichts verkaufen kann, bekam ich trotzdem Stunden später, noch einen Rückruf mit hilfreichen Informationen. Das habe ich außergewöhnlich Hilfsbereit empfunden. So ein Service bekommt man Heutzutage fast gar nicht mehr. Solche Betriebe gehören unterstützt, liebe Leute! Fünf Sterne und ein PLUS! Sehr zu empfehlen für Menschen die mit Menschen arbeiten wollen. Danke an „Radon Lightshop“! I had a complicated request to this company a month ago. Although it was clear after a phone call that this company could not help me and therefore could not sell me anything, I still got a call back hours later with helpful information. I found that exceptionally helpful. You don't get that kind of service anymore these days. Businesses like this deserve support, dear people! Five stars and a PLUS! Quite good to know, they always have a lot of different bulbs in stock, or otherwise available in just a few short days, mostly though overnight. Can't recommend them enough!
