Amann, war alles schnell und gut organisiert. In 2017, she had an awkward registration experience (with the assistant), but since then, two more exams at dr. Amann, everything was fast and well organized.

Mein Bruder, der an einer Behinderung leidet, wurde dort derart schikanös behandelt, dass mich diese Leute zutiefst anwidern. Ich hoffe, dass euch ein ähnliches Schicksal, wie das meines Bruders, ereilt. Zur Ihrer Antwort: Am Ende gibt man sich also schockiert und weiß von nichts. Heuchlerei. Auf dieser unaufrichtigen Basis ist jeglicher Kontakt Ihrerseits unerwünscht! Ein würdevoller Umgang mit Menschen ist das jedenfalls nicht! Disabled hostile doctors and medical assistants! My brother, who suffers from a disability, has been treated so badly that these people deeply disgust me. I hope you have a fate similar to my brother's. To your answer: In the end you are so shocked and know nothing. Hypocrisy. On this disingenuous basis, any contact on your part is undesirable! A dignified deal with people is not that!

Dankeschön! Friendliness, great empathy, attentive investigations without any hassle, quiet atmosphere, genuine effort to the concerns of patients .... this is for me for many years this practice. Ich war auf der Warteliste falls jemand mal ausfällt und wurde prompt noch freitags kurz vor der Schließung des Instituts angerufen, da jemand ausgefallen war. Fand ich super nett, ein großes Dankeschön hierfür! Very nice and competent staff! I was on the waiting list in the event of someone failing and was promptly called on Fridays shortly before the institute closed because someone had dropped out. I thought it was super nice, a big thank you for this!

Dafür nehmen sie sich für das Anliegen der Patienten Zeit. Man wird nicht als Nummer behandelt! War eine gute Wahl. Get an appointment very quickly. Everyone was very nice and a little wait you have to accept everywhere. For this they take time for the concerns of the patients. You will not be treated as a number! Was a good choice.

Wofür hat man einen Terminkalender, die Assistentin muss wissen, wie lange die Termine gehen und nicht mehrere Patienten gleichzeitig bestellen! Hab meine Zeit nicht gestohlen! Zum Glück bin ich Privatpatient. In Österreich wird man ja richtig schlecht überall behandelt als Kassenpatient und die Ärzte sind höllisch überfordert.... I had an appointment with my mother at 7.15pm. Have been there since 7pm. At 19.55 it was her turn. Why do you have an appointment calendar, the assistant needs to know how long the appointments are and do not order several patients at the same time! Didn't steal my time! Fortunately, I am a private patient. In Austria you are treated really bad everywhere as a patient with a health insurance and the doctors are overwhelmed ....

Untersuchung ging schnell, nur beim abwarten der CD wurde ich entäuscht, da ich vergessen wurde und fast 20 min. darauf gewartet habe. Es war kurz nach 12.00 Uhr (alle warscheinlich im Pausenraum) als mich doch noch eine Mitarbeiterin entdeckte und mir dann die CD schnell vom Computer herunter geladen hat. Ich wurde einfach vergessen, da der Patient nach mir seine CD bekam u und ich nicht. Sonst aber alles Tip Top. The practice is big and clean. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Waiting time was ok. The examination went quickly, only while waiting for the CD I was disappointed because I was forgotten and almost 20 minutes. have been waiting for it. It was shortly after 12 noon (everyone was probably in the break room) when an employee discovered me and quickly downloaded the CD from my computer. I was simply forgotten because the patient received his CD after me and I didn't. Otherwise everything was tip top.

Wäre in der heutigen Zeit doch sinnvoll, vor allem wenn man telefonisch so gut wie NICHT erreichbar ist, oder? Danke Der Versuche schlicht einen Termin zu stornieren nimmt somit unzählige Anrufversuche und Wartezeit in der Telefonschleife in Anspruch. Dazu müssen ja keine spezifische Fragen gestellt werden. Immerhin war die Rückmeldung auf die 1-Stern Bewertung in digitaler Form echt flott, und danke für den Rückruf auf die Anpassung meiner Bewertung! d.h. es wird bald wieder eine mailadresse verfügbar sein - sehr gut.
