A	Andy00011 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Benötigte für mein Fahrrad 26-Zoll Schutzbleche und einen Gepäckskorb. Beim Gepäckskorb wurde ich fündig, gewünscht war ein einfacher, günstiger Korb. Bei der Frage nach dem Preis wurde anfangs der eines teureren Korbes genannt, erst bei der Nachfrage ob das plausibel sei wurde der günstige Preis im System nachgeschaut. Hinterfragen lohnt sich... Bei den Schutzblechen wurde mir eine 28-Zoll Version "empfohlen", die ich dann im Sinne der guten Beratung doch versuchte, zuhause auf ein 26-Zoll Fahrrad zu montieren. Konnte die Schutzbleche am nächsten Tag gegen einen Gutschein tauschen, so gesehen schade, dass weder 26-Zoll Schutzbleche verfügbar sind, noch dass die Beratung (in diesem Fall) gut war. I needed 26-inch mudguards and a luggage basket for my bike. I found what I was looking for in the luggage basket; a simple, inexpensive basket was desired. When asked about the price, the price of a more expensive basket was initially mentioned, only when asked whether this was plausible was the cheap price checked in the system. It's worth asking ... For the mudguards, a 28-inch version was "recommended" to me, which I then tried to mount on a 26-inch bike at home in the spirit of good advice. Could exchange the mudguards for a voucher the next day, so it's a shame that neither 26-inch mudguards are available nor that the advice (in this case) was good.

Wenn ich irgendetwas brauchen sollte ist hier definitiv wieder meine erste Wahl! Top Radgeschäft =) Super friendly advice! Saddle Danger of testing which unfortunately was nothing for me, was withdrawn without any problem. If I need anything, this is definitely my first choice! Top bike shop =)

t	tomasio reicht on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurz vor der Mittagspause bin ich auf der Suche nach einem passenden Tubeless Felgenband beim Radfuchs eingefallen: Dort wurde mir auf meine Bitte um Montage das Felgenbett meines Carbon Laufrads gereinigt, Felgenband montiert sowie Schlauch u. Reifen aufgezogen. Man hat mich sogar auf die beschädigte Flanke meines Reifens hingewiesen, worauf ich den auch gleich mit einem Mitgebrachten tauschen ließ. Fazit: Wissen, was sie tun, schnell, günstig u. gut sortiert obendrein. Ab sofort meine erste lokale Anlaufstelle fürs Rad! Shortly before the lunch break, I came up with the idea of a suitable tubeless rim tape at the Radfuchs: At my request for assembly, the rim of my carbon wheel was cleaned, the rim tape was installed, and the tube and the like. Tire mounted. They even pointed out the damaged flank of my tire, whereupon I had it exchanged for someone I had brought with me. Conclusion: Know what you are doing, quickly, cheaply and quickly. well sorted on top of that. From now on my first local point of contact for the bike!

In seinem Ersatzteillager lange gesucht und schließlich gefunden. Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit und gehen auch gleich auf den Kunden zu. Cooler Laden und Leute mit Ahnung. Friendly and came help. On a multi-day bike ride, my saddle clamp is broken. Chef helped. Long searched and finally found in its spare parts warehouse. All staff are friendly and helpful and go straight to the customer. Cool store and people with a clue.
