Die Dame am Telefon konnte mir sofort die Auskunft geben, ob mein gewünschtes Model auf Lager ist. Da ich von Graz nach Schladming hätte fahren müssen, hat mich die Dame darauf hingewiesen, dass ich das Rad im Online Shop bestellen kann und es mir kostenlos geliefert wird. Dafür schon mal fünf von fünf Sternen! Was das ganze Service jetzt noch besser macht - am nächsten Tag war das Fahrrad bereits bei mir zu Hause - so schnell ist nicht mal Amazon!! Für mich ein super Beispiel das unsere heimischen Händler absolut mit den Online Riesen mithalten können und durch Service einen Mehrwert für uns Kunden schafft! Highly Recommended! I was looking for a children's bike and called Sport Tritscher. The lady on the phone was able to tell me immediately whether the model I wanted was in stock. Since I should have driven from Graz to Schladming, the lady pointed out that I can order the bike in the online shop and it will be delivered to me free of charge. Five out of five stars for that! What makes the whole service even better - the next day the bike was already at my home - not even Amazon is that fast! For me a great example that our local dealers can absolutely keep up with the online giants and create added value for us customers through service!
V	Volle Kanne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten online e-MTB gebucht, hat alles gut geklappt, ordentliche Räder bekommen. Der Mitarbeiter hat sich sehr gekümmert und zur Bruch-und Diebstahlversicherung (5 Euro) geraten, haben wir angenommen, denn die Teile sind schon teuer. Rückgabe wird bis 17:30 erbeten, 18 Uhr schliesst das Geschäft. Etwas unschön: Der Mindestzeitraum für die Mietdauer eines e-MTB ist 1 Tag. Obwohl wir nur 4,5h unterwegs waren, war zumindest der Akku des einen Rades fast leer! Man möchte sich nicht vorstellen, als nur mäßig-trainierte Person ohne Unterstützung fahren zu müssen. Das ist bei etlichen Trails quasi nicht möglich. Evtl. war mein Rad nicht 100%geladen. We had booked an e-MTB online, everything went well and got decent bikes. The employee took great care and advised against breakage and theft insurance (5 euros), we assumed, because the parts are already expensive. Return is requested by 5:30 p.m., the shop closes at 6:00 p.m. A bit ugly: The minimum rental period for an e-MTB is 1 day. Although we were only on the road for 4.5 hours, at least the battery of one bike was almost empty! You don't want to imagine having to drive without support as a moderately trained person. This is practically impossible with a number of trails. It is possible that my bike was not 100% charged.

Man findet Marken, die man nicht überall bekommt und auch die Beratung für die Freeski meines Sohnes war sehr gut! Sicher kein Discounter, aber man kann auch gute Schnäppchen im Ausverkauf machen! Great store and delivery service works great. You can find brands that you don't get everywhere and the advice for my son's freeskis was also very good! Certainly not a discounter, but you can also get good bargains in the sale!

J	J Steif on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The personal provide great customer service, we rented multible E bikes from them for adults and children and they gave us amazing service including making for us reservations in another Filiale for Sunday when they were not open and teaching the children how to use the ebike properly etc. I would definitely recommend them for all my friends and would us them again if needed.
