Alle Erlöse wurden realistisch berechnet, sie waren sehr zufriedenstellend. Der Kauf eines Grundstücks erfolgte in kürzester Zeit, die Aufwendungen für Abgaben u.Ä. wurden uns mitgeteilt, sodass wir mit keinen Überraschungen negativer Art konfrontiert wurden.

We would like to thank Mr. Nikolaus Rebernig for the extremely positive handling of some property sales and for buying a property. All proceeds were calculated realistically and were very satisfactory. The purchase of a property took place in a very short time, the expenses for taxes and the like were communicated to us, so that we were not confronted with any surprises of a negative kind.
The polite, calm and competent demeanor of Mr. Rebernig expanded to the extent that he took care of us and our concerns unobtrusively and with great care, worked in the background and we only needed to lean back, because everything was done to our satisfaction.
