Am Telefon wurde mir gesagt, dass ich einfach vorbei kommen solle und dies zwischendurch gmacht wird. Kosten solle es zwischen 20 und 25 Euro. Als ich ankam wurde mir gesagt, dass sich gleich jemand darum kümmert... Nach etwa einer halben Stunde entschließ ich mich wieder zu fahren und mir eine andere Werkstatt zu suchen. I just wanted to read out the error memory of my 99 Bj Bmw E36. On the phone, I was told that I should just come over and do it in between. It should cost between 20 and 25 euros. When I arrived, I was told that somebody was going to take care of it ... After about half an hour, I decided to go back and find another workshop.

Letztens wurde mir der Heckscheibenwischer getauscht. Das Wissen der Mechaniker ist viel fundierter als von den Peugeot-Linz-Mechanikern (wo mein Auto neu gekauft wurde). Das ganze Team hier ist ausnahmslos nett und zuvorkommend. Hier wird man als Kunde noch wertgeschätzt, egal ob ein kleines Service oder eine große Reparatur! Bitte weiter so! ?? I have been a customer here for years, always the same scenario: very fast, very cheap, very competent, the focus here is on quality! The rear window wiper was recently replaced. The mechanics' knowledge is much more profound than that of the Peugeot Linz mechanics (where my car was bought new). The whole team here is without exception nice and courteous.
