★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Quooker Wasserhahn ist ganz oben auf der Liste der Dinge, die man nicht unbedingt zum Leben braucht, die man sich aber gar nicht mehr wegdenken will, wenn man sich mal daran gewöhnt hat. Im Business Campus Ehrenhausen ist er ständig gefragt, egal ob für Tee oder Sodawasser. Keiner von uns kann sich vorstellen, wie es einmal war, bevor der Quooker gemeinsam mit seiner Österreichischen Firma bei uns eingezogen ist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erstens ein tolles Gerät und zweitens bekommt man einen sehr guten Service. Kann ich nur empfehlen!!!! Druckminderer wurde anstandslos ausgetauscht, die telefonische beim Austauschen der CO2 Zylinder wsr sehr freundlich und unkompliziert! Bin sehr zufrieden!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wunderbares Gerät! Funktioniert tadellos und als wir mal ein kleines Problem hatten, war der technische Außendienst sofort zur Stelle und tauschte den Cube kostenlos aus! Auch der von uns gewünschte Tausch des Hahnes auf ein anderes Modell wurde sofort zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit durchgeführt! Einfach Spitze und sehr zu empfehlen!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abgesehen davon, dass der Quooker ein ganz tolles Produkt ist, ist der Kundenservice sehr zu loben. Der Installateur hat bei uns etwas falsch angeschlossen und der Kundenservice von Quooker kam ehest möglich um dieses Problem zu berichtigen. Auch der Mitarbeiter war super freundlich und hat uns noch einmal alles genau erklärt.
Ganz eine tolle Kundenbetreuung!!!!
Apart from the fact that the Quooker is a great product, the customer service deserves great praise. The installer connected something wrong with us and Quooker's customer service came as soon as possible to correct this problem. The employee was also super friendly and once again explained everything to us in detail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Gerät schon gekauft wenn Quooker noch nicht in Österreich vertreten war! Nach einem sehr starken Gewitter mit Stromversorgung funktionierte das Quooker nicht mär. Service war hilfsbereit und am Ende sogar Vorort um neue Software drauf zu spielen. Service erster Klasse seltenheit heut zu Tage!
Great device already bought when Quooker was not yet represented in Austria! After a very strong thunderstorm with power supply, the Quooker did not work march. Service was helpful and at the end even on site to install new software. First class service rarity these days!
