Es gibt nicht alles und sofort, aber was man meistens braucht ist in guter Qualität fast immer lagernd. Und Beratung gibt's auch - ohne Jagd auf den einzigen Verkäufer der die Ware schon einmal gesehen hat. Für sein Drive-In muss Quester keine Reklame machen. Die hatten das schon lange, bevor die Baumärkte auf diese Idee kamen. A company of professionals for professionals and those who want to become one. Speziell wenn man nicht unbedingt vom Fach ist und denen erklärt was man man vor hat wird einem in der Baustoffabteilung geholfen. Alle Mitarbeiter mit denen ich zu tun hatte waren nett und hilfsbereit. Danke! ? So the negative reviews I can not understand. Have been a regular for a long time. Sehr hilfsbereit für Privatkunden obwohl auch ich erfahren musste, dass man aktiv einen Betreuer suchen oder ansprechen muss. Rückgaben sind leícht und problemlos. Ganz anders als gewerblicher Kunde. Es werden Manipulationsgebühren in Höhe von 15%!!!!! des Rückgabewertes verrechnet. Wofür? Für die Ausstellung einer Gutschrift??? Wenn man nachfragt, bekommt man keine oder eine unzureichende Antwort. Wir kaufen definitiv nichts mehr beim Quester. In Zeiten wie diesen gibt's genug andere Händler, die kundenfreundlicher agieren. I am divided because I know Quester as a private person as well as a commercial customer. Very helpful for private customers although I also had to find out that you have to actively look for or speak to a supervisor. Returns are easy and hassle-free. Completely different from a commercial customer. There will be manipulation fees of 15% !!!!! offset against the return value. For what? For issuing a credit ??? If you ask, you get no or an inadequate answer. We're definitely not buying anything from the Quester anymore. In times like these there are enough other dealers who are more customer-friendly.

Besonders herrausstreichen muss man hier den Mitarbeiter Halil Acikgöz. Wir waren bei Gott nicht die einfachsten Kunden, trotzdem hat er mit uns gemeinsam Lösungen für die Verfliesung des gesamten Hauses gefunden und uns dabei sogar noch mit ausreichend erstklassigem Kaffee versorgt. Klare Empfehlung! Expresses competent advice, a lot of patience as well as specialist knowledge and, above all, own ideas. You can find all of this at the Quester in Wiener Neustadt. The employee Halil Acikgöz has to be particularly pointed out here. We weren't the easiest customers with God, but he still worked with us to find solutions for tiling the entire house and even provided us with sufficient first-class coffee. Clear recommendation!
