T	Tina H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Planung und Beratung leider alles andere als professionell - mit der Ausführung jedoch zufrieden Während der Planung wurde ich mehrmals am Telefon verwechselt, auf die Verwirrung des Unternehmens wurde unser geplanter Termin sogar 2x am Vortag (!!!) verschoben, erst der dritte Termin konnte eingehalten werden. Meine Verärgerung auf die kurzfristige Verschiebung wurde leider nicht ernst genommen, es folgten mehrere sehr sinnlose Diskussionen. Mir wurde auch angeboten, vom Verkauf zurückzutreten, der Kamin verkauft sich schließlich von selbst. Wenn man eine Baustelle hat und bereits einige Monate davor mit gewissen Planungen beginnen muss, kommt so etwas absolut nicht in Frage. Es war kein Verständnis für meine Verärgerung vorhanden. Ich bin mir sicher, dass das Unternehmen am letzten Drücker alles versucht hat...jedoch zu spät....es wirkt auch nicht unbedingt professionell wenn am Vortag die Ware erst auf Vollständigkeit kontrolliert wird. Die Ausführung/Aufstellung am Tag selbst war in Ordnung, es funktioniert alles. Das Drama davor ist es jedoch absolut nicht wert gewesen. Planning and advice unfortunately anything but professional - but satisfied with the execution During the planning, I was mistaken several times on the phone, due to the confusion of the company, our planned appointment was even postponed twice the day before (!!!), only the third appointment could be kept. My annoyance at the short-term postponement was unfortunately not taken seriously, and several very senseless discussions ensued. I was also offered to withdraw from the sale, the fireplace eventually sells itself. If you have a construction site and have to start planning a few months in advance, this is absolutely out of the question. There was no sympathy for my annoyance. I am sure that the company tried everything at the last minute ... but too late ... it doesn't necessarily look professional if the goods are checked for completeness the day before. The execution / setup on the day itself was okay, everything works. The drama before that was absolutely not worth it.

Mr. Golobinjek came to our house, measured everything and in The junior boss submitted an offer to us in a very short time. The price and the deadline quickly matched, the workers, a very well-coordinated team fully met all of our expectations. We are 100% satisfied with this company, I can only recommend it!
