Ich würde unter keinen Umständen dort einziehen wenn man ein schwachen Gemüt oder Kinder hat. Wenn man aber ein Party Tier is dann is eh ok. The neighbor is too loud, partying all the time and indulging in the garden. I would not move there under any circumstances if you have a weak mind or have children. But if you are a party animal then it's ok anyway.
