★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein unverzichtbares Ziel, das eine absolut tolle Aussicht bietet! Sehr freundliche Bedienung und das Essen schmeckt auch sehr gut! Wir haben 3erlei Knödel (mit Spinat, Käse und Rote Beete) gegessen, super lecker und eine reichliche Portion!
 A must-see destination that offers an absolutely amazing view! Very friendly service and the food tastes very good too! We ate 3 kinds of dumplings (with spinach, cheese and beetroot), super tasty and a generous portion!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne Hütte. Lecker Essen. Toller Ausblick. Besonderheit: Hütte steht auf der deutsch/österreichischen Grenze.
Very nice cabin. Eat good. Great view. Special feature: the hut is on the German / Austrian border.

There are two way hike up to the Putschella.
A very hard and steep hike up, it called " german way" and a amazing view hike, it called "austria way". Both hiking trails need 1 to 1,5 hours hiking. Start at parking place Ahornkaser.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful place to stay with a breathtaking view. The dinner was hearty and well needed after the hike. Huteintopf cut through any cold from the day. The breakfast was sufficient to start a day of hiking.
