Das Ergebnis war noch enttäuschender: Nur Abwimmeln und durchblicken lassen, dass man eben die Verträge genauer lesen sollte ... Customer service a pure catastrophe: 9 call attempts were necessary, until I finally could bring my concern to a coworker of the member center. The result was even more disappointing: Just let go and let it be known that you should read the contracts more precisely ...
I	Imperi4l_Kn1ght on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich gehe nur von der Filiale in Lustenau aus: Alles tadellos, jedoch einen Stern Abzug für die extrem kleinen Umkleiden (Herren sowie Damen). Sind quasi fast in China-Format gehalten. Wenn viel los ist, dann ist es leider sehr eng. Die Duschen sind auch leider äußerst klein. Einen halben Stern Abzug für die teilweise nicht vorhandene Kundenfreundlichkeit. (eine Mitarbeiterin, die ich nun namentlich nicht nenne, ist unfreundlich und daneben) Ich vergebe jetzt trotzdem 4 Sterne. Eigentlich steht es 3,5/5. I only start from the branch in Lustenau: Everything is flawless, but a star deduction for the extremely small changing rooms (men and women). Are practically in China format. When there is a lot going on, it is unfortunately very tight. The showers are also unfortunately extremely small. Half a star deduction for the partly non-existent customer friendliness. (one employee, whom I do not name by name, is unfriendly and next to it) I still give it 4 stars. It actually stands at 3.5 / 5.
O	Oma Mariane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war schockiert, auf die Toilette der Männer zu sehen und sie nicht benutzen zu können, sie war sehr schmutzig. Im unteren Raum gibt es kein Papier / desinfiziert. Der Boden ist in den Duschen klebrig (manchmal mit Kalkstein!) Ich habe nach einer Person gesucht, die ihn informiert, leider habe ich niemanden in Fitness studio gesehen. Ich schrieb diese Probleme in der Mail, wurde aber mit einer Frage beantwortet, ich werde mich bald abmelden ... Am allermeisten hat er mir gesagt, dass er den Namen zum ersten Mal wissen möchte, daher komme ich zu dem Schluss, dass er die Meinung der Kunden, die dieses Fitnessstudio benutzen, nicht berücksichtigt. I was shocked to see the men's bathroom and not being able to use it, it was very dirty. In the lower room there is no paper / disinfected. The floor is sticky in the showers (sometimes with limestone!) I was looking for someone to inform him, unfortunately I have not seen anyone in gym. I wrote these problems in the mail, but was answered with a question, I will unsubscribe soon ... Most of all he told me that he wanted to know the name for the first time, so I conclude that he does not take into account the opinion of the customers who use this gym.
d	daniel schwindsackl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kompetentes Personal wenn es um Trainings Einweisung bzw fragen zu verschiedenen Übungen gibt. Im oberen Stock gibt es viele verschiedene Trainingsmaschinen mit denen man alle Muskelgruppen trainieren kann. Außerdem gibt es im Parterre noch einen extra Raum für Cardiotraining. Das Studio selber ist sauber und gepflegt,und die Räumlichkeiten bieten genügend Platz um vernünftig trainieren zu können. Auch der Preis für die Mitgliedschaft geht in Ordnung. Ich persönlich kann das Studio weiterempfehlen. Competent staff when there are training instructions or questions about various exercises. On the upper floor there are many different training machines with which you can train all muscle groups. There is also an extra room for cardio training on the ground floor. The studio itself is clean and well-kept, and the premises offer enough space to train properly. The price for membership is also okay. I personally can recommend the studio.

Großzügige Öffnungszeiten und gepflegtes Studio. Zu Beginn war mir die Musik etwas zu laut, in der letzten Zeit aber durchwegs angenehme Lautstärke. I have been a member since it opened and I still enjoy exercising. Staff very friendly and competent. Generous opening times and well-kept studio. At the beginning the music was a bit too loud for me, but lately it has been consistently pleasant volume.
M	Marie Elisabeth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mehrjährige treue Kundin, heute erstmals schlechte Erfahrungen mit einem Mitarbeiter gemacht, kundenunfreundliche nicht wertschätzender Umgang mit mir als Kundin. Von oben herab wurde mit mir kommuniziert, während ich mich im Training befand wurde erneut ein zweiter äußerst abwertender Dialog vom Mitarbeiter begonnen. Des Weiteren wurde mir der Durchgang beim Drehkreuz nach Beendigung des Trainings (wegen Kartensperrung aufgrund der COVID-Situation) vom freien Mitarbeiter mit einem provokanten Blick verweigert und ich musste somit selbst über das Drehkreuz klettern um ins Studio zurück und in die Umkleide zu meinen persönlichen Gegenstände zu gelangen. Zu erwähne ist auch, dass ich meinen 2G Nachweis zweimal an diesem Tag vorgezeigt habe und für mich ist diese entstanden Situation in der ich mich befand immer noch nicht nachvollziehbar. Wohlfühlfaktor und entspannte Atmosphäre gleich Null! Nach einigen etwaigen Kommunikationsproblemen konnte die Studienleitung den Konflikt kompetent bearbeiten und sachlich lösen. Loyal customer for many years, had bad experiences with an employee for the first time today, customer-unfriendly, non-appreciative treatment of me as a customer. I was talked down to from above, while I was in training a second extremely derogatory dialogue was started again by the employee. Furthermore, after the end of the training session (because the ticket was blocked due to the COVID situation), the freelancer refused me passage at the turnstile with a provocative look and I had to climb over the turnstile myself to get back to the studio and into the changing room to my personal belongings to get. It should also be mentioned that I presented my 2G proof twice that day and I still cannot understand the situation I was in. Feel-good factor and relaxed atmosphere equal to zero! After a few possible communication problems, the study management was able to deal with the conflict competently and solve it objectively.
