Pricy, but very nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice area, in summer you can use the natural swimming pool. Food was also good, very nice views to the mountains. Quiet area. Very helpful in regards to allergies and intolerances. Will come again.

We were there for 4 nights. Room ok. Hotel solved all problems with bed, food good,. We had room in the old part of hotel. Nice and clean. I was very upset of one think. We had to take dog with us and they charged us 30€ per night even we stayed in old part of hotel. I think that is too much for nothing. Now we are in Ischgl in very cool and design Fliana hotel. We paid nothing for dog plus we had in the room bed, bowl and bone for free!!! You should think about that!! Next time? No, thank you!

Upon arrival it was a bit annoying. The hotel has a small area for temporary parking for checking in at the main entrance. Unfortunately both spots were taken but we noticed there was a door below in the larger parking lot so we elected to park there. When we rang the doorbell for reception we were informed that the main lobby was above and we needed to enter there. It is understandable for security reasons, but at the same time when it is snowing quite badly outside and there is not enough spaces for parking to check in, then I would hope they would let us in the other door rather than having to drag our luggage through the snow, upstairs, to reception. As far as our stay once we checked in, I cannot say that the service was so great. We stayed for three nights and each dinner was a further disappointment than the one before. The food was very good but the servers seemed in a bad mood and also felt generally understaffed. We waited for a long time for transition between courses despite declining the small pause between meals. Our glasses were often empty and we were rarely asked if everything was okay. Two of the three nights we were seated and started our dinner nearly an hour before our neighbors yet somehow ended up being served dessert at the same time and waited even longer for our check to sign—even after asking twice. We felt very much like “second class citizens” noticing that other tables around us were being waited on “hand and foot” yet it seemed impossible for us to be served in a timely manner. Furthermore, as many people have pointed out it is unfortunate that the wellness area lacks a pool or hot tub. Though this is not taken into account for our 3,0 rating as the hotel does not claim to have one. In general the trip was quite a disappointment. We were very excited after researching the hotel, it is absolutely beautiful. The architecture and overall interior mood is quite nice—but when paired with bad service it is very unfortunate; especially when the price is so high. Pros: great food, comfortable beds, clean rooms, beautiful views, great selection of saunas, “relaxation rooms” in the sauna area are very nice and quiet. Cons: bad restaurant service, general feeling of “negativity” amongst hotel staff, unfortunate lack of pool/hot tub/thermal spa. All in all I cannot say that I would return or recommend for others to come. To clarify on some comments from other posts, however, the level of English was quite impressive and the distance from the traumquartier to the main building is not too far. Especially in a hotel used for wellness retreat or a break from “normal life”, the isolation, secludedness, and quiet are, in my opinion, what makes the hotel special.

We felt special from the beginning to the end ❤️ Everyone from reception personnel, housekeeping team, service... all very helpful, warm and friendly ? The room was lovely and super clean (what was VERY important to us) ? The food and cocktails - wow! ? The weather, views, nature - speechless ? The whole hotel smelled very nice? So happy with our stay that actually was sad to leave ☹️ Overall we had best stay ever and definitely will be back there and will recommend this peace of heaven in Leogang Puradies to everyone!!! ❤️ We are looking to return again?

I got the information about Puradies from a friend and I can tell you that this hotel is one of kind. The quality of the restaurant is as good as advertised and one of the highlights. Also the staff is incredibly kind and friendly. As other reviews pointed out you have to check your reservation carefully due to sold out rooms. Then you get another category of your room. In a nutshell: my full recommendation.

Beautifully located resort with a warm atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The spa area clean and and all 4 saunas where very good (yes I tried all of them). The kitchen was outstanding with lots of local products and great quality.

For 30 years, I have been moving between America and Europe. I have not seen a place with the beauty of this place. The people in this hotel are very respectful and humble. The service is great and the food is real and wonderful. Thank you, you made me happy with this beautiful residence
