This hotel is brand new, and we really wanted to like it. The rooms are modern and large and make a good first impression. But it was downhill from there. We concluded that whoever planed this hotel has no clue about what it takes to make a good skiers hotel. There's a long list of details that are badly executed: - Ski room: The ski boot rods in the lockers are not heated. Your boots will stay wet and get smelly. The ski room is small and gets crowded when more than a few people are in there. Way too small for a house with 40+ rooms. - Sauna: Sauna after skiing is key. Yet, this sauna here is way too small for the 40+ rooms. The sauna has only 6 relaxation chairs, causing non-stop cat fights over who gets to use them. Expect yourself to be battling against the German chair reservers, who block chairs with towels and book, and then disappear without using the chair. The gym is adjacent to the sauna relax room, only separated by dry wall. Expect to hear puffing & huffing from the treadmill while you try to relax in the sauna area. - Noise: There's zero sound proofing in the floors. We heard every single step from above. Very annoying and a bad mistake in a brand new building. - The gym is tiny, 2 treadmills and that's it. No weights, no tools, no mats, ... it's a disgrace for a brand new "luxury" hotel. - The restaurant is trying too hard to be funky, the menu is weird and sometimes just off the mark. How about some less glamorous, good local food? - Lastly, when we checked out the staff was unable / unwilling to void the security deposit. They stated that it's the house's policy to not void this. They claim the authorization would expire automatically after 7 days. I doubt that, and it's bad policy. - The prices are not cheap: Expect to pay around Eur 400 per room in high season. We wanted to like this, but it failed on too many fronts. The planer of this hotel should be fired over all those shortcomings and errors.

Through a special offer in the internet we found this place and booked it for 2 nights. As we know the area quite well and the reviews of this hotel were quite good (as they always use to be ??), we were looking forward to our short stay. The regular price is quite high so we expected a certain standard. The hotel itself and the rooms were really nice furnished. In regards to the quality you really see and feel the attention to details. But this was let down by the little things like only one and extremely tiny bin for the whole room and the badly lit bathroom making it impossible using the mirror to put in make-up. The used cups and classes weren’t exchanged for the next day. In proportion to the size of the hotel the wellness are is very small and not really well equipped (no tea/ fresh fruits/ magazines/...). The hallways between the different facilities were confusing, compounded by badly positioned orientation signs. (We weren’t the only guests walking around in circles....) The breakfast choice and quality was good but in comparison to other hotels at this level far too simple. There are a couple of other things to mention but as this hotel is quite young, all these things could also be judged as beginners mistakes. What we can’t accept (neither beginners nor professionals) is the general low competence of the staff. (Apart from a few exceptions) The welcoming was reduced to the minimum and the lack of Charme and good manners of the staff made us feel uncomfortable. Asking for information ended up in the customers feeling of being annoying. When we asked for a possibility to use a shower on the day that we checked out and after returning from skiing at about 14:30 o’clock, we were told that this is just possible until 14:00. Their excuse that the new guests shouldn’t be disturbed by us (although the hotel was clearly far from fully booked and the likelihood that the wellness area would be frequented by the newly arriving guests at 14:00 on a tuesday was minimal) is unacceptable. The combination of all these little mistakes and the unwillingness to help and assist the customer leads to a big disappointment and is very dangerous for such a young hotel. The positive things like the generously proportioned and attractive garage (included in the price) and the excellent location directly on the piste unfortunately can’t convince us to come back or to recommend this hotel. If this hotel wants to improve to make the customers happy, we would advise them to have a closer look at direct competitors such as the hotel “Mama Thresl” in Leogang.

Great views, New Hotel & Friendly Staff. The restaurant is also great with high quality food.

Stylish, clean, amazing view and a the staff was also super nice. We had an amazing stay. Every room has a balcony with a view. Last but not least - great breakfast. 5/5 :)

We had an amazing two night stay! The staff was more than helpful and went out of their way to make sure our stay was extremely enjoyable. Keep it up!

We stayed in a lovely spacious studio with the family. The view on the mountains from the balcony is superb. Hotel is located on the outskirts of Bad Leogang at the end of a street, making it a nice quite location, higher up which only improves the views. Breakfast was delicious.
