★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hätte vor dem Kauf auf die Erfahrungen im Internet hören sollen und kann es jetzt nur bestätigen: Absolut stümperhafter Laden. T-Shirt bestellt, schon beim Auspacken gesehen, dass es zu klein ist, demzufolge nicht anprobiert und auf eigene Kosten direkt wieder zurückgeschickt (nebst Widerruf innerhalb der Frist). Nach ca. 2 Wochen eine Mail, dass der Widerruf unzulässig ist, weil T-Shirt schon getragen. Weitere Mails von mir blieben bislang unbeantwortet, wurden aber gelesen (Lesebestätigung). Mittlerweile sind 4 weitere Wochen vergagnen. Werde rechtliche Schritte einleiten.
 I should have listened to the experience on the Internet before buying and now I can only confirm it: Absolutely stupid shop. T-shirt ordered, already seen when unpacking, that it is too small, therefore not tried on and sent back directly at your own expense (plus cancellation within the deadline). After about 2 weeks an email that the revocation is not permitted because the t-shirt has already been worn. Further emails from me have so far remained unanswered, but have been read (read confirmation). In the meantime, 4 more weeks have passed. Will take legal action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben nun zum zweiten Mal rund 30 Fußballtrikots bedrucken lassen (Flexdruck + Bestickung) und sind wieder sehr zufrieden mit der Arbeit. Werden auf jeden Fall wieder bei Promotexx bedrucken lassen!
We have had around 30 soccer jerseys printed for the second time (flex printing + embroidery) and are very satisfied with the work again. Will definitely have it printed again at Promotexx!
