★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe 2 Pakete UPS aufgegeben (Firma zu Firma) man hat mir wider dem Angebot 2 EURO + UST (gilt nur für Private) zusätzliche verrechnet.
Man sagte mir zu, dass ich die Verfolgungsnummer per mail bis am Abend bekomme .- geschah nicht , auf mein email daraufhin wurde auch nicht reagiert - Anfruf - wider Zusage der Zusendung der Verfolgungsnummer - nicht geschehen - email - keine Antwort
I have sent 2 parcels UPS (company to company) against the offer they charged me 2 EURO + VAT (only applies to private individuals).
I was assured that I would get the tracking number by email until the evening - did not happen, there was no response to my email - request - against the promise of sending the tracking number - not done - email - no answer
