★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gigantisch tolle Produkte und gute fachliche Beratung im Vorfeld können leider nicht eine äußerst schlampige und unvollständige Auftragsabwicklung ausgleichen. Und wenn dann bei Abholung 8 höhenverstellbare Lampenelemente ohne entsprechenden Hinweis im Lieferschein (z.B. wird nachgeliefert) und das alles bei Vorauskasse fehlen, dann steht das Unternehmen in keinem "so guten Licht" mehr da!
Unfortunately, gigantic products and good professional advice in advance cannot compensate for an extremely sloppy and incomplete order processing. And if 8 height-adjustable lamp elements without a corresponding note in the delivery note (e.g. subsequent delivery) are missing when you pick them up, and all of these are missing when you pay in advance, then the company is no longer in such "good light"!
