★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben letztes Jahr 2 Gartenliegen der Marke Nardi und heuer eine Lounge der gleichen Marke bei IHP bestellt.
Mit den beiden Produkten sind wir sehr zufrieden und der persönliche Service auch bei Online-Shopping ist hervorragend.
Bei den Liegen gab es leider Probleme mit der Spedition (beschädigte Ware), wir bekamen jedoch ohne Probleme Ersatz. Die Lounge war leider in der von uns gewählten Farbkombination nicht lieferbar, nach einigem hin und her bekamen wir ein Angebot mit anderen Polstern. Leider dauerte diese Lieferung in Summe über 4 Wochen. IHP war aber sehr bemüht, hier eine Lösung herbeizuführen, für die verspätete Lieferung
vom Hersteller können sie wohl nichts.
Mit den Produkten und dem Shop sind wir jedoch sehr zufrieden - gerne wieder.
Ordered 2 garden loungers from Nardi last year and a lounge from the same brand this year from IHP.
We are very satisfied with both products and the personal service, even when shopping online, is excellent.
Unfortunately, there were problems with the shipping company for the beach chairs (damaged goods), but we got a replacement without any problems. Unfortunately, the lounge was not available in the color combination we had chosen, after some back and forth we got an offer with other cushions. Unfortunately, this delivery took over 4 weeks in total. But IHP tried very hard to find a solution for the late delivery
they can probably not do anything from the manufacturer.
However, we are very satisfied with the products and the shop - gladly again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben eine Kettler Lounge gekauft.
Die Kommunikation war "Ok" , teilweise wurde einfach nicht geantwortet weil man wohl lieber der Konfrontation aus dem Weg geht.
Es gab einen Lieferverzug von 8 Wochen, wo natürlich der Hersteller Schuld ist, aber mein Vertragspartner ist nun mal der Händler und wenn ich Gartenmöbel bestelle, dann ist es nun mal nicht schön wenn Sie 2 Monate von 4 Sommermonaten fehlen.
Die Lieferung war auch schwierig da die Spedition nichts von der vorab, telefonisch, gewünschten Avisierung wusste und meine Handynummer trotz extra Email nicht richtig weiter gegeben wurde.
Der Fahrer war dann Super freundlich, die Ware top verpackt und entsprach unseren Vorstellungen.
Einen Preisnachlass aufgrund des Lieferverzug war nicht möglich, rechtlich stark bedenklich, da uns nun mal ein Schaden entstanden ist durch den Stress und der nicht Nutzung unseres Balkon.
Daher kann ich diesen Händler nicht weiterempfehlen!
Schade, aber das war mehr als Kundenunfreundlich.
We bought a Kettler Lounge.
The communication was "OK", sometimes there was simply no answer because one would rather avoid the confrontation.
There was a delivery delay of 8 weeks, which is of course the fault of the manufacturer, but my contractual partner is the dealer and when I order garden furniture, it's not nice if you are missing 2 months out of 4 summer months.
The delivery was also difficult because the shipping company did not know anything about the notification requested in advance by telephone and my cell phone number was not correctly passed on despite an extra email.
The driver was then super friendly, the goods were well packaged and met our expectations.
A price reduction due to the delay in delivery was not possible, legally very questionable, since we have suffered damage from the stress and not using our balcony.
Therefore I cannot recommend this dealer to others!
It's a shame, but that was more than customer-unfriendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe ein Mountainbike gekauft bei IHP und ich muss wirklich sagen, dass ich mit dem Rad extrem begeistert bin, das liegt zum einen an dem tollen Rad und zum anderen an der sehr, sehr freundlichen und professionellen Beratung. Auch nach mehreren Gesprächen blieb der Kundenberater kompetent, er zeigte viel Verständnis für meine Anliegen.
Echt super, so macht das ganze Spaß.
I bought a mountain bike from IHP and I really have to say that I am extremely enthusiastic about the bike, partly because of the great bike and partly because of the very, very friendly and professional advice. Even after several discussions, the customer advisor remained competent and showed a lot of understanding for my concerns.
Really great, that's all the fun.

Man bekommt super schnelle Rückantwort.....Für den Kauf von Gartenmöbel können wir IHP ganz klar empfehlen....nochmals Danke.
A really great garden furniture shop. We were looking for Italian furniture for our villa for a long time - IHP in particular Christoph gave us very good advice and was very accommodating. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wer Qualität liebt und sich in Sachen Gartenmöbel abheben möchte, kommt an IHP nicht vorbei. Wir haben hier unsere zweiten Gartenmöbel bestellt, weil wir von der ersten Garnitur schon überzeugt waren (gekauft vor ca. 10 Jahren). Einziger Vermuthstropfen, die Geldtasche darf nicht zu klein sein. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis macht den höheren Preis jedoch wieder wett. Prädikat "Empfehlenswert"
If you love quality and want to stand out when it comes to garden furniture, you can't ignore IHP. We ordered our second piece of garden furniture here because we were already impressed by the first set (bought about 10 years ago). The only drop of suspicion is that the purse must not be too small. However, the price/performance ratio makes up for the higher price. Rating "Recommended"
