Sei es die Vorarbeit der 2 Mannen / Michael und Wolfgang an der Front in Bezug auf Freigabe neuer Reifen inkl. administrativem Aufwand, sowie der stets freundliche, respektvolle und zuvorkommende Kundenkontakt vor Ort.. Besser geht's wirklich nicht, ein großes Dankeschön hier an dieser Stelle mit meiner Rezension..? Natürlich darf auch die Crew dahinter nicht unerwähnt bleiben, die ebenfalls bestens aufeinander eingespielt und somit als Team perfekt zusammenspielt. DAHER 5 Sterne, mehr geht leider nicht.. As a long-standing customer of our vehicle fleet with tire depot, I trust the Reifen Profi team in Feldkirch 100% when it comes to changing tires. Be it the preparatory work of the 2 men / Michael and Wolfgang at the front in relation to the release of new tires including administrative work, as well as the always friendly, respectful and courteous customer contact on site .. It really couldn't be better, a big thank you at this point with my review..? Of course, the crew behind it should not go unmentioned either, who are also well coordinated and therefore work together perfectly as a team. THEREFORE 5 stars, unfortunately more is not possible ..

Gleich angefangen mit dem Räderwechseln.. wurde darauf hingewiesen das man die Spur einstellen sollte, da der Verschleiss von den reifen nicht gleichmässig ist/ war. Trotz das einige Autos noch da waren .. wurde mir angeboten die Spur gleich jetzt zu machen.. das ich nicht 2 x kommen muss. Mir hat man für das warten gleich ein Kaffee angeboten.. Also wirklich TOP.. Da ich gewartet habe, hatte ich einiges mitbekommen .. Freundliches telefonieren und Beratung von Herrn Burtscher mit den Kunden... unter den Mitarbeiter ein sehr gutes freundliches auskommen ...das ist heute nicht mehr viel der Fall.. Ich wurde überzeugt ... ich komme wieder.. Hier wird der Kunde geschätzt und freundlich / fachmännisch beraten. Danke dem TEAM Profi. Appointment today at 10.00 a.m. Friendly welcome ... Right away with changing the wheels ... it was pointed out that you should adjust the track, because the wear of the tires is / was not even. Despite the fact that some cars were still there ... I was offered to make the track right now ... that I don't have to come twice. I was offered a coffee to wait for it .. So really TOP .. Since I was waiting, I had noticed a lot .. Friendly phone calls and advice from Mr. Burtscher with the customers ... a very good friendly get along among the staff. ..that is not much the case today .. I was convinced ... I'll be back ... Here the customer is valued and advised in a friendly / professional manner. Thanks to the TEAM professional.
M	Mahir K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Direkt hinter dem Geschäft (ca. 50-60m) auf der Seitenstraße hatte ich mit meinem Auto einen kleinen Unfall wodurch der Reifen Kaputt ging. Da ich kein Werkzeug dabei hatte um den Reifen zu wechseln, ging ich ins Geschäft und erklärte dem Mitarbeiter die Situation und fragte ob ich für ca. 10 minuten einen Kreuzschlüssel haben könne um schnell den Reifen zu wechseln. Der Mitarbeiter antwortete mit einem abwertendem Ton, nein wir geben nichts raus. Daraufhin bot ich mein Autoschlüssel oder Geld als Pfand an. Und wieder sagte der Mitarbeiter mit einem Arrogantem Ton „Nein“. Habe dann gefragt ob ich das Auto wenigstens herstellen kann und ob sie mir den Reifen schnell wechseln können. Als Antwort bekam ich, nein wir haben Heute keine Zeit (es war ca. 13:30 Uhr). Ich schaute in den Werkstatt rein. Es war ein einziges Auto drinnen und zwei Mechaniker standen da. Sie hatten keine 5 min. Zeit um einen Reifen zu wechseln. Ich finde die Art und das benehmen des Mitarbeiters eine Bodenlose Frechheit. In Zukunft werde Ich und mein Freundes bzw. Bekanntenkreis euch meiden. Right behind the shop (approx. 50-60m) on the side street I had a small accident with my car which caused the tire to run out Broke. Since I didn't have any tools with me to change the tire, I went to the shop and explained the situation to the employee and asked if I could have a cross-key for about 10 minutes to quickly change the tire. The employee responded with a disparaging tone, no, we don't give anything out. I then offered my car key or money as a deposit. And again the employee said "No" with an arrogant tone. Then I asked if I could at least manufacture the car and if they could change my tires quickly. The answer I got was, no, we don't have any time today (it was around 1:30 p.m.). I looked into the workshop. There was a single car inside and two mechanics were standing there. They didn't have 5 min. Time to change a tire. I find the type and behavior of the employee a bottomless cheek. In the future, I and my friends or acquaintances will avoid you.

Quasi nicht erreichbar, unfassbar. Nein danke! Tried 3 times to make an appointment by phone: I hung up after every 5 minutes in the telephone queue. Virtually unreachable, unbelievable. No thank you!

Was tun, Google gefragt und zum Glück um die Ecke diesen Reifenservice gefunden. Mir wurde sofort, unkompliziert und ohne Kosten geholfen. Das nenne ich mal Service, Danke ihr habt mir den Tag gerettet. I was just passing through, when I was checking the pressure at the gas station, a valve insert broke. What to do, asked Google and luckily found this tire service around the corner. I was helped immediately, easily and at no cost. That's what I call service, thank you you saved my day.
