Preise werden bis zu 50 % billiger angeboten, ja nachdem wir gut man verhandelt oder dem Verkäufer zu Gesicht steht. Unfortunately does not keep what he promises: "Because we treat everyone the same!" Prices are offered up to 50% cheaper, after we negotiate well or face the seller.

Erster Zustellversuch: Paket verließ Verteilerzentrum Hörsching nie, Sendungsnummer (DPD) bekommt man selbst nach 30 Versuchen nicht, so kann man halt auch keine Abstellerlaubnis einrichten ? Zweiter Zustellversuch: …wieder nur leere Versprechungen was Termin angeht wenn überhaupt mal kommuniziert wird. Keine Info über Liefertermin obwohl wieder x Mal nachgefragt wurde… Plötzlich war der LKW da und dann bekommt man noch ganz frech angelastet das der Empfänger „wieder mal nicht da war!“ Einfach potschat! …die Baustelle kann ja warten ? ?? Der Filialleiter ist sowas von unfähig, da wundern mich die guten Bewertungen doch sehr! Kundenfreundlichkeit = Null! Der Boden (geölte Landhausdiele, Eiche gebürstet) ist jedoch Top! Unfortunately unable to deliver 5sqm floor! Waiting time over a month!! First delivery attempt: The package never left the Hörsching distribution center, you don't get the tracking number (DPD) even after 30 attempts, so you can't set up a storage permit either ? Second delivery attempt: ...again only empty promises in terms of deadlines, if they are communicated at all. No information about the delivery date, although we were asked x times again... Suddenly the truck was there and then you get cheekily accused that the recipient "wasn't there again!" Just potschat! ...the construction site can wait ? ?? The branch manager is so incompetent that the good reviews really surprise me! Customer friendliness = zero! However, the floor (oiled plank, brushed oak) is top!

Der Eichen Parkettboden Landhausdiele gebürstet geölt wurde super verlegt und sämtliche Termine eingehalten. Wunderschöne Arbeit. Wir können diese Firma nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Parquet laying and processing were great! Parquet floor laying in our new house, we were greeted by Mr. Gruber Manuel very well advised. The oak parquet floor plank brushed oiled was super laid and all deadlines were met. Beautiful work. We can only warmly recommend this company.

Firma Profi Floors aus Nestelbach im Ilztal hat uns bei der Behebung eines Problemes mit einen Parkettboden eines Mitbewerbers geholfen. Das ist heute nicht mehr selbstverständlich! Die Auswahl war jetzt auch nicht so ausreichend, aber das stört nicht, wenn man alles bestellen kann anscheinend. Aber der Mitarbeiter war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, somit alles gut. Verbesserung wäre noch der Eingangsbereich The prices and the place are awesome. The first is insane and the second was a bit scary. The selection wasn't that big either, but that doesn't bother you if you can apparently order everything. But the employee was very helpful and friendly, so everything was fine. The entrance area would be an improvement
