K	Karin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin schon seit meiner Kindheit Patientin bei Frau Dr. & Hrn Dr Dufek und war immer zufrieden. Jetzt musste ich leider feststellen, dass ihr überaus präpotenter Sohn in ihrer Ordination arbeitet. Ich wollte einen dringenden Termin bei Frau Dr Dufek vereinbaren und als antwort bekam ich: bei seiner Mom ist erst ab November wieder ein Termin frei und wenn es halt dringend ist, dann soll ich mir halt nen anderen Arzt suchen. Keine "es tut mir leid" od "wir schieben sie ein falls etwas frei wird" :( er meinte ist halt Pech und ich soll halt früher anrufen.. od warten! I have been a patient of Dr. & Mr. Dr Dufek and was always satisfied. Now I unfortunately had to find out that her extremely prepotent son works in her office. I wanted to make an urgent appointment with Ms. Dr Dufek and I got the answer: his mom's appointment is only available again from November, and if it's urgent, I should just look for another doctor. No "I'm sorry" or "we'll put it in if something becomes available" :( he said is bad luck and I should just call earlier .. or wait!
H	Helmut Luft on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viktor behandelt mich seit ich Teenager bin, einer der Besten Diagnostiker, die ich kenne, und ich arbeite selbst in der MedUni Wien. An Wartezeiten muss man sich halt gewöhnen, denn er nimmt sich für jeden Patienten Zeit, und das bei einer enormen Patientenaufkommen. Und für alle, die Kritik üben : sucht Euch einen anderen Arzt, wenn Ihr nicht zufrieden seid! Wir sollten froh sein, daß er noch ordiniert. Und jene, die sich über die Angestellten mokiert, sollte sich selbst mal 10-12 Stunden dorthin setzen, denn mit Schließung um 16h ist die Arbeit noch lang nicht vorbei, aber das sieht ja niemand, Hauptsache man kann meckern! Ich bin 58, und ohne diesen Arzt würde ich schon lang nicht mehr unter den Lebenden weilen, mein Dank also an die ganze Ordination!! Viktor has been treating me since I was a teenager, one of the best diagnosticians I know, and I work in the MedUni Vienna myself. You have to get used to waiting times, because he takes time for each patient, and that with an enormous amount of patients. And for those who criticize: look for another doctor if you are not satisfied! We should be glad that he is still ordained. And those who mocked on the employees, should sit down for 10-12 hours, because with closing at 16h the work is still far from over, but nobody sees that, the main thing you can complain! I am 58, and without this doctor, I would not be among the living for a long time, so my thanks to the whole ordination !!
P	Patrick Z. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Dr. Dufek war mein Arzt im Kindes- und Jugendalter und seit kurzem wieder. Ich kenne ihn also schon seit über 30 Jahren und habe nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Ein sehr charismatischer Arzt mit viel Erfahrung und Wissen, das über die klassische Schulmedizin hinausgeht. Die Öffnungszeiten sind patientenfreundlich ausgeweitet - natürlich gibt es Zeiten mit hoher Frequenz, aber aus meiner Sicht kann man hier ausweichen auf Randzeiten. Dr. Dufek was my childhood and adolescent doctor and has recently returned. So I've known him for over 30 years and have only had good experiences. A very charismatic doctor with a lot of experience and knowledge that goes beyond conventional medicine. The opening times have been extended to be patient-friendly - of course there are times with high frequency, but from my point of view you can switch to off-peak times.
E	Eddy Bosi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sie gehören bei Ärztekammer gemeldet Leute die krank in Praxis kommen und Beschwerden haben werden alle wie covid Patient behandelt. Man kriegt Krankenstand aber kein Rezept zum auskurrieren . Dienstag 20.04.2021 war meine Partnerin dort und wird Zamgeschiessen . Aber für Blutabnahme braucht man keine corona test Bestätigung. Fakt ist es gibt auch ANDERE KRANKHEITEN AUSSER COVID !!!! They belong to the medical association registered people who come to the practice sick and have complaints are all treated like covid patients. You get sick leave but no prescription to compete. Tuesday April 20th, 2021 my partner was there and will shoot zam. But you do not need a corona test confirmation for a blood sample. The fact is there are OTHER DISEASES EXCEPT COVID !!!!
B	Bettina Egger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war schon öfters dort sehr nett und sympathisch aber ich war mal dort wegen einer akuten Harnwegsinfektion und hatte irrsinnige Schmerzen das nicht einmal gescheit sitzen hab können. Obwohl das ein Akutfall war meiner Meinung nach musste ich satte 6 Studen! Warten bis ich dran gekommen bin. Für mich ein absolutes No Go! Und genau deswegen gehe ich auch nicht mehr hin. Es tut mir leid. I've been there very nice and personable several times, but I was there once because of an acute urinary tract infection and had insane pain that couldn't even sit smart. Although this was an acute case in my opinion, I had to spend a full 6 hours! Wait till my turn For me an absolute no go! And that's exactly why I don't go there anymore. I'm sorry.
K	Kristina Nina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arzt Top! Mitarbeiter Flop! Jeder kann mal einen schlechten Tag haben aber bei jedem Besuch, sind die „Dame“ und der „Herr“ (Empfang) schlechter Laune. Es werden Augen genervt verdreht, geseufzt uvm. Irgendwann hat man kein Verständnis mehr dafür. Hier wäre eine Mitarbeiterschulung dringend notwendig und zu empfehlen!! Schade schade schade und Schande Schande Schande. Prof. Dufek ist ein außerordentlich positiver und freundlicher Mensch und abgesehen davon ein sehr guter und bemühter Arzt. Doctor top! Employee flop! Everyone can have a bad day, but with every visit, the "lady" and the "gentleman" (reception) are in a bad mood. Eyes are rolled in annoyance, sighed and much more. At some point you no longer understand it. Employee training would be urgently necessary and recommended! Shame shame shame and shame shame shame. Prof. Dufek is an extremely positive and friendly person and apart from that a very good and hard-working doctor.
S	Sh V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Über Leistung und Qualifikation des Herren Doktor Dufek kann und will ich nicht Schlechtes berichten ,was mich aber seit Jahren stört ( meine Besuche und Behandlungen sind sehr selten ! ) ist das Verhalten vom Herren Ordinationshelfer Herr Dufek Junior bei ihm ist man nicht sicher wie er reagiert manchmal abweisend andern mal schwer verständlich und Präpotent und wenn er am Apparat mit Jemand redet sehr laut und beleidigend so sehr dass alle Anwesenden deutlich mitbekommen und mit einem Wort er beherrscht die gesamten Ordination mit seiner Unmut Reaktion meine Empfehlung an Frau Assistentin die aber auch hin und wieder ihre unzufriedenheit preisgibt mehr Distanz damit sich nicht infiziert I can't and don't want to report bad things about Doctor Dufek's performance and qualifications, but what has bothered me for years (my visits and treatments are very rare!) is the behavior of the doctor's assistant, Mr. Dufek Junior, with him you're not sure how he reacts sometimes dismissive, sometimes difficult to understand and presumptuous and when he talks to someone on the phone very loudly and insultingly so much that everyone present clearly hears it and in a word he dominates the entire ordination with his displeasure reaction my recommendation to the assistant but also every now and then reveals their dissatisfaction again more distance so that does not become infected
