★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hausarzt meines vertrauens. Er nimmt sich die Zeit für seine Patienten und hört Ihnen auch wirklich zu und nimmt sie ernst. Auch wenn es dadurch ab und zu zu Verzögerungen kommt durch ältere gesprächige Patienten. Außerdem ist der Arzt sehr nett.
Family doctor I trust. He takes the time for his patients and really listens to them and takes them seriously. Even if this occasionally leads to delays from older, talkative patients. The doctor is also very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow - das ist mir echt noch nie passiert, dass ich beim Hausarzt nicht drangekommen bin. Gut, ich bin erst seit ca. 20 Jahren Patient - es wurde offensichtlich aufgrund Corona (das muß für alles herhalten ;-) auf Terminvereinbarung umgestellt. Nun, damit hat es sich aber denke ich auch für mich erledigt - ich plane ja nicht Tage davor krank zu sein. Ein Hausarzt sollte immer der erste Ansprechpartner sein und im Idealfall ikW erreichbar sein. Ich muss mir wohl einen anderen Arzt suchen, der auch dann Zeit hat wenn ich kurzfristig was brauche. Schade eigentlich - den wie heißt es so schön "Die Gesundheit ist zwar nicht alles, aber ohne Gesundheit ist alles nichts". Auch wenn es bei mir heute kein Notfall war... Mir fehlen immer noch ein bissi die Worte.
Wow - that has never happened to me that I couldn't get through to the family doctor. Well, I've only been a patient for about 20 years - it was obviously due to Corona (that has to be used for everything ;-) to make an appointment. Well, that’s the end of it for me, too - I’m not planning to be sick days before that. A family doctor should always be the first point of contact and ideally be reachable at ikW. I will probably have to look for another doctor who also has time when I need something at short notice. It's actually a shame - as the saying goes "Health is not everything, but without health everything is nothing". Even if it wasn't an emergency for me today ... I still have a bit of a lack of words.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich finde das gesamte Team großartig. Sind sehr kompetent sehr sympathisch auch am Telefon immer freundlich ausführliche Auskunft. Auch wenn man E-Mails schreibt schreiben sie sofort zurück. Man muss nicht lange warten Herr Dr und Frau Dr sind sehr nett hören zu haben sofort die Ursache mit den richtigen Rezepten. Ihn hab ich auch zu verdanken das mein Blinddarm entfernt wurde er hat ihn sofort entdeckt und mich ins Krankenhaus geschickt. Ich war schon oft dort und ich hab es bis jetzt nie bereut. Danke an das gesamte Team.
I think the whole team is great. Are very competent, very personable, always friendly and detailed information on the phone. Even if you write e-mails, they write back immediately. You don't have to wait long Mr Dr and Mrs Dr are very nice to have heard immediately the cause with the right recipes. I also owe him that my appendix was removed, he discovered it immediately and sent me to the hospital. I've been there many times and I've never regretted it until now. Thanks to the entire team.
