Ich leide seit 28 Jahren an einer Oberkieferarthropie,in Folge des starken Knochenabbaus war meine Nase auch schon betroffen.Ich konnte diese nach links und rechts biegen und die Nase blieb in der jeweiligen Position liegen.Ich konsultierte deswegen einige namhafte Professoren, diese lehnten eine OP mit der Begründung es wäre ein zu großes Risiko ab.Das Risiko war im zurück gebildeten Kieferknochen befinden sich Implantate mit einem Steg.Durch einen Zeitungsartikel kam ich zu Prof.Vincenz.Dieser fixierte mit einer von ihm entwickelten Operationsmethode meine Nase und konnte trotz starken Knochenabbaus das Nasengerüst stabilisieren.Implantate und Steg blieben im Kiefer erhalten.Heute habe ich Dank Prof Vincenz eine festsitzende Nase.Lob und Dank gebührt auch seinen hervorragenden Team,sie waren stets hilfsbereit zuvorkommend und aufmunternd.Ich hoffe ,dass HR Prof Vincenz die Herausforderung einer weiteren Operation annimmt.
