★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Haus ist in Sachen Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit optimal, wie auch das Preis /Leistungsverhältnis. Die Lage in dem gewachsenen Ort mit vielen Möglichkeiten wie Gasthäuser, Restaurants und Geschäften ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Als Ausgangspunkt im Sommer wie Winter ob mit Skilaufen (alpin und Langlauf), Fahrradtouren und Wandern, Rafting uvm ideal. Separate kostenfreie Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Skier und Fahrräder, Parkplätze direkt am Haus.
Restauration sehr gut wie auch das Frühstück. Also perfekt und sehr empfehlenswert.
 The house is ideal in terms of friendliness, cleanliness, as well as the price / performance ratio. The location in the grown town with many options such as inns, restaurants and shops is also very good. As a starting point in summer and winter, whether skiing (alpine and cross-country skiing), bike tours and hiking, rafting and much more is ideal. Separate free storage facilities for skis and bicycles, parking spaces directly at the house.
The restoration was very good, as was the breakfast. So perfect and highly recommended.

Nicely furnished, clean room, very nice, courteous staff, lovingly prepared breakfast. Great price-performance ratio. I can only recommend it ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great family hotel, in the middle of the Kitzbuhel ski resorts, where we spent couple of days around Christmas.
Location - 8 minutes by car to St. Johan ski resort, 15 minutes to Kitzbuhel. There is even a slope in a walking distance (8-10minutes) directly in Kirchdorf. There are various possibilities to try, with respect to skiing in the close neighborhood. If you have a car and half an hour, you will have issues to choose where to go.
Service - I was amazed by the level of service there. It is by all means personal and very friendly.
Food - I definitely recommend to try their dinners. We were looking forward to it every evening.
Accommodation - rooms are very nice, clean, with bathroom. There is minibar, wall safe. Rooms are equipped with flatiron, hairdryer, half of the rooms have balconies.
Benefits - free pool / spa in the price of the room. The spa is in St. Johan, so you need car to get there. The pool has great panoramic view to the mountains around.
I will definitely try to book the place again next year. It was a perfect vacation!
