n	n graus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin regelmäßig dort (Schöpfstraße), um einen PCR-Test machen zu lassen. Die Online-Terminvereinbarung funktioniert problemlos, oft sind auch kurzfristig Termine verfügbar. Wartezeiten gibt's fast keine, inklusive Rachenabstrich bin ich meistens nach 5 Minuten schon wieder raus. Auch wenn ich also immer nur kurz dort war, konnte ich beobachten, dass zwischendurch sehrwohl immer wieder desinfiziert wurde. Das Testergebnis kommt per E-Mail zum angegebenen Zeitpunkt innerhalb einiger Stunden. Aus meiner Sicht nichts zu Bemängeln. I'm there regularly (Schöpfstraße) to have a PCR test done. Appointments can be made online without any problems; appointments are often available at short notice. There are almost no waiting times, including a throat swab, I'm usually out again after 5 minutes. So even if I was only there for a short time, I could see that disinfection was carried out again and again in between. The test result will be sent by email at the specified time within a few hours. From my point of view nothing to complain about.

Würde das Labor allen empfehlen. dr Wick is very up-to-date and works according to the latest scientific findings. Also very friendly to people. Would recommend the lab to everyone.
W	Wolfgang Schwarzinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falls beim COVID-Schnelltest im Test-Container beim DEZ etwas schief geht, gibt es – zumindest am Samstagnachmittag – keine Möglichkeit, telefonisch zu reklamieren. Der angekündigte Rückruf erfolgt nicht, weil laut Auskunft der Mitarbeiter das Telefon am Samstagnachmittag gar nicht besetzt ist. Wir mussten daher nochmals zum DEZ fahren, weil ein Testresultat auf Grund eines Daten-Eingabefehlers nicht zugestellt worden war. Der auf dem ausgedruckten Testresultat noch immer fehlerhafte Name wurde per Kugelschreiber korrigiert. Ein anderes Testresultat wurde erst nach 4 anstatt der angekündigten 2 Stunden übermittelt. If something goes wrong with the COVID quick test in the test container at DEZ, there is no possibility of complaining by phone - at least on Saturday afternoon. The announced callback does not take place because, according to the employees, the phone is not manned on Saturday afternoon. We therefore had to go to the DEZ again because a test result had not been delivered due to a data entry error. The name, which was still incorrect on the printed test result, was corrected with a ballpoint pen. Another test result was only transmitted after 4 instead of the announced 2 hours.
