Offen über Mittag und das von 7;30-18 Uhr Samstag 12 Uhr. Sehr freundlich alle.. man wird noch als Kunde wert geschätzt.. Leider war eine Mitarbeiterin so unfreundlich und besserwisserisch, dass ich dort nichtmehr hingehen möchte. Für mich ist es das wichtigste sich wohl zu fühlen in der Apotheke. I	Ismir Wurscht on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich gäbe es keinen Grund zu Beanstandung, Vor allem die jungen Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr bemüht und beraten gerne und ausführlich. Leider muss ich einen Sterne abziehen weil eine spezielle Mitarbeiterin dort allerdings überaus inkompetent und unfreundlich ist. Ich gehe immer in diese Apotheke und ärgere mich jedes mal wenn ich von dieser Mitarbeiterin bedient werde. Einen weiteren Stern muss ich abziehen weil dort oft ein größerer Hund hinter dem Tresen liegt und ich, obwohl ich selbst Hundebesitzer bin, es nicht in Ordnung finde. In einer Apotheke erwarte ich mir größte Hygiene und Sauberkeit weil dort auch Salben und andere Medikamente hergestellt werden. T	Tanja Klarl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für mich die schlechteste Apotheke in Linz! Bis auf die Begrüßung gehört Kundenfreundlichkeit nicht zur "Ausstattung". Dabei sticht eine Mitarbeiterin besonders negativ heraus (wie auch in anderen Rezensionen bereits erwähnt wurde) ... Heute wollte ich die bereitgestellten Selbsttests vom Land abholen. Obwohl auf der Homepage zu lesen ist, dass "bei Vorlage der E-Card" die Tests abgeholt werden können und dies auch in anderen Apotheken funktioniert, wollte die besagte Mitarbeiterin den Zettel, der für die von der Kasse bezahlten Tests gedacht ist! Aufgrund des genervten und schnippischen Tonfalls wollte ich mir weitere Diskussionen sparen ... Vom Land OÖ wurde mir übrigens bestätigt, dass die E-Card ausreicht! Da es nicht das erste Mal war, dass so etwas vorgefallen ist und ich bereits von der Dame angeschnauzt wurde, werde ich es gerne in Kauf nehmen, eine weiter weg gelegene Apotheke aufzusuchen. Because of the annoyed and snappy tone of voice, I wanted to save myself further discussions ... Incidentally, the state of Upper Austria confirmed to me that the e-card is sufficient! Since it was not the first time that something like this had happened and I was already snapped at by the lady, I will gladly accept going to a pharmacy further away.
