Have been confronted several times with really unfriendly staff - if you want to prove yourself against online trading, you should at least be able to score here if you are already asking higher prices than in the online pharmacy ???

Ist ja OK dass man etwas höhere Preise bezahlt, aber fast das Doppelte finde ich nicht OK. Staff very nice, but the prices are outrageous. Eg paid for 20ml Iberogast over 11 €. You can get it online from € 6.49. It's okay that you pay a bit higher prices, but I don't think almost double is OK.

So etwas wäre Dokumentenfälschung und lasse ich mir sicher nicht unterstellen. Danke, sie hat mir dadurch meinen Tag versaut. Sie meinte, sie würde sich rückversichern und bei der verschreibenden Ärztin nachfragen. Soll sie es doch machen, wenn sie sich mehrfach zu Affen machen will. Nie mehr wieder werde ich diese Apotheke aufsuchen. Extremely unfriendly boss! The woman wanted to imply that I faked the recipe. Such a thing would be document falsification and I'm sure not subordinate. Thanks, it messed up my day. She said she would reinsure and ask the prescribing doctor. Should she do it, if she wants to monkey herself several times? Never again will I visit this pharmacy.
K	Kerstin Fuchs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sehr unfreundliches Personal (rothaarige Dame mit Brille), wenn es heißt die Apotheke ist für Notfälle da, dann sollte man sich auch daran halten! meine Freundin hatte ungeschützten GV und wollte sich dringend die Pille danach holen, da sie nicht verhütet. Sagt die nette Dame, sie solle zum Frauenarzt gehen..um halb 10 am Abend!! wodurch sie riskiert es noch min. 24 Stunden hinauszuzögern!! Frechheit..sind dann zur Kreuz-Apotheke gefahren wo wir schließlich eine bekommen haben!! very unfriendly staff (red-haired lady with glasses), if it says the pharmacy is there for emergencies, then you should stick to it! my girlfriend had unprotected GV and wanted to get the pill afterwards because she did not use contraception. Says the nice lady, she should go to the gynecologist .. at half past nine in the evening !! whereby she risks it min. To delay 24 hours !! Cheeky .. then drove to the cross pharmacy where we finally got one !!
P	Peter Mueller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Personal steht leider mitten in der zweiten Corona-Welle zu viert ohne Abstand hinter der Kasse und trägt keine Mund-Nasen-Bedeckung. Erst wenn sich ein Kunde nähert wird der kurz vorher aufgesetzt. Auch im Raum hinter der Kasse wo die Medikamente lagern tragen die Mitarbeiter keinen Mund-Nasen-Schutz, obwohl da keine Tür dazwischen ist. Auf meinen Hinweis meinte die Verkäuferin, dass sie es nicht "schaffen" die Maske zu tragen und sie die ja eh aufsetzen würden wenn sich ein Kunde nähert. Ich und alle anderen, die im Krankenhaus arbeiten schaffen es durchaus, die Maske dauerhaft zu tragen. Von einer Apotheke hätte ich mehr Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Bewusstsein, wie die Übertragung von SARS-CoV-2 über Aerosole funktioniert, erwartet. Unfortunately, in the middle of the second Corona wave, four of the staff are standing behind the cash register without any distance and are not wearing mouth and nose covering. Only when a customer approaches is it set up shortly beforehand. Even in the room behind the cash register where the medication is stored, the employees do not wear mouth and nose protection, although there is no door in between. When I pointed out, the saleswoman said that she couldn't "manage" to wear the mask and that she would put it on anyway when a customer approaches. I and everyone else who work in the hospital manage to wear the mask permanently. From a pharmacy I would have expected more responsibility and awareness of how the transmission of SARS-CoV-2 via aerosols works.

Ganz besonders löblich der junge Mann der die Corona Testungen durchführt.Er macht es zu KEINER unangenehmen Angelegenheit! Danke dafür an das ganze Apotheken Team!
