★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr bemühte Chefin, ich habe am frühen Nachmittag eine Anfrage wegen eines Rucksacks gestellt, kurze Zeit später wurde ich informiert, dass der Rucksack von einer anderen Filiale in die mir am nächsten Filiale gebracht wird, wenn benötigt. In der Filiale in Bruck wurden wir dann äußerst kompetent und freundlich beraten, obwohl wir uns für einen anderen Rucksack entschieden haben. Der Besuch in der Filiale hat sich definitiv ausgezahlt. Ich komme gerne wieder!
Very busy boss, I made an inquiry about a backpack in the early afternoon, a short time later I was informed that the backpack would be brought from another branch to the one closest to me, if needed. In the branch in Bruck we received extremely competent and friendly advice, although we decided to use a different backpack. The visit to the branch definitely paid off. I will gladly come again!

Die Verkäuferin ging sehr auf die Wünsche meiner Nichte ein und erklärte ihr die ausgesuchten Taschen. Trotz Untenschlossenheit meiner Nichte war die Verkäuferin sehr geduldig und wir fanden für sie die richtige Schultasche. Top Beratung und top Geschäft!
I've been to the branch several times and have always been treated in a very friendly and competent manner. Yesterday I went with my niece to buy a school bag. The saleswoman was very responsive to my niece's wishes and explained the selected bags to her. Despite my niece's indecisiveness, the saleswoman was very patient and we found the right school bag for her. Top advice and top business!
