Ich hatte ein ruhiges privates Apartment gesucht um mich auf einen wichtigen Termin vorzubereiten und was soll ich schreiben es wurden alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Sehr sauber, top ausgestattet (Miele Geräte, Beschattung, Klimaanlage, Regentusche, Fitnessraum u.v.m.), extrem privat und leise und super liebe Gastgeber. Die Umgebung und die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung sind ein Traum. Ich komme definitiv gerne wieder vorbei. If you are looking for peace and relaxation paired with a top home gym, you have to book here! I was looking for a quiet private apartment to prepare for an important appointment and what should I write - all expectations were exceeded. Very clean, well equipped (Miele devices, shading, air conditioning, rain shower, fitness room and much more), extremely private and quiet and super nice hosts. The environment and the public transport links are a dream. I would definitely like to come back.
P	P. Korczyński on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Witam, muszę podzielić się swoją opinią o Premium Green, w innym wypadku sumienie nie da mi zasnąć, otóż:pokoje duże i komfortowe, czyste, w nowym budynku. Minimalistyczny i gustowny wystrój, zapewnią wypoczynek po intensywnym zwiedzaniu Wiednia. Dodatkowo obszerna łazienka i kuchnia pozwalająca przygotować wszelkiego rodzaju potrawy. Dla mnie największym plusem jest duży taras, pozwlający odetchnąć pośród zieleni. Dom jest usytuowany w spokojnej i zielonej dzielnicy, niedaleko stacje U4, jeśli chodzi o komunikację polecam udać się do miasta tramwajem 10 z pobliskiego przystanku i zaliczyć " zwiedzanie wstępne". Sądzę, że w podobnej cenie ciężko będzie znaleźć w Wiedniu cokolwiek w tym standardzie. Pozdrawiam właścicieli i dzięki za chwilę wytchnienia. Hello, I have to share my opinion about Premium Green, otherwise my conscience will not let me sleep, well: large and comfortable rooms, clean, in a new building. Minimalistic and tasteful décor will ensure relaxation after an intensive sightseeing tour of Vienna. In addition, a spacious bathroom and kitchen that allows you to prepare all kinds of dishes. For me, the biggest advantage is the large terrace that allows you to take a break among the greenery. The house is situated in a quiet and green district, close to the U4 station. When it comes to communication, I recommend going to the city by tram 10 from the nearby stop and "introductory tour". I think that at a similar price it will be hard to find anything in this standard in Vienna. Greetings to the owners and thanks for a moment of respite.
D	Denise Stastny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aufgrund eines Wasserschadens in unserer Wohnung war es notwendig eine Ersatzunterkunft für 2-3 Monate zu suchen --> aufgrund der Nähe zu unserer Wohnung sind wir auf die Unterkunft Premium Green Apartments gestoßen. Wir haben uns in der langen Zeit sehr sehr wohl gefühlt, Sauberkeit (1x pro Woche Reinigung inkl.), Ausstattung, Freundlichkeit u Erreichbarkeit der Inhaber wirklich TOP! Man merkt hier eindeutig die Kundenorientierung. Fitnesscenter ebenfalls inklusive ;-) Sowohl für kurzfristige Aufenthalte in Wien (U4 in Gehweite - in ca. 15 min. im 1. Bezirk) als auch für längerfristige Aufenthalte wie in unserem Fall absolut empfehlenswert - wir würden die Apartments jederzeit wieder für unseren Aufenthalt wählen! We felt very, very comfortable in the long time, cleanliness (1x per week cleaning incl.), Equipment, friendliness and accessibility of the owners really great! You can clearly see the customer focus here. Fitness center also included ;-) Both for short-term stays in Vienna (U4 within walking distance - in approx. 15 minutes in the 1st district) and for longer-term stays, as in our case, absolutely recommendable - we would choose the apartments again for our stay at any time !
