The branch in Linz is terrible and the employees are cheeky. I bought a turn signal for the car and it was broken and they didn't want to go back or give a new one. I am really disappointed with it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unhöfliches Personal, zum zweiten mal schon teile die nicht passten, laut dem Verkäufer sind Beschwerden an den Fahrzeughersteller zu richten, weil dieser diese Klumpat-Autos so baut!? Fa. Prema nie wieder!!! Vor allem sind sie ja auch nicht die günstigsten!!!
Hab für meine Bremsanlage beim Fachhändler jetzt weniger bezahlt, wie diese Firma für die nicht passenden verlangte, die Preisdifferenz beträgt fast 20€
