Ich muss dazusagen, dass im Vorhinein bestimmte Kriterien erfüllt sein müssen, bevor ich überhaupt bei einer Rösterei einkaufe, bzw um eine Empfehlung bitte. Darunter fällt u.a. folgendes: -Name des Farmers/der Kooperative -Direct Trade -veröffentlichte FOB-Preise -FOB Preise, die höher als bei Fairtrade sind Diese Kriterien sind alle erfüllt, schon einmal top! Nach Kontaktaufnahme, wurde mir sehr schnell und freundlich geantwortet und der "Brownie" wurde empfohlen. Ich trinke Kaffee aus dem Vollautomaten und gerne im Cappuccino und Latte Mac. Nach dem die Zahlung eingegangen war, erfolgte schnell die Übergabe an PostAT, Ware wurde allerdings mit DHL zugestellt, da ich in Deutschland wohne. Ausgepackt, Packung geöffnet. Man erkennt auf dem ersten Blick die grandiose Qualität dieses Espresso-Blends: keine fehlerhaften Bohnen, konstant gleichmäßige Röst-Farbe. Geschmacklich ist der Espresso eine Wucht. Schmeckt super süß und ? in Milchmix-Getränken. Bin vollstens zufrieden und empfehle gerne weiter! Bis zur nächsten Bestellung ? I have to say that certain criteria must be met in advance before I even buy anything from a roastery, or ask for a recommendation. This includes the following: -Name of the farmer / cooperative -Direct Trade -published FOB prices -FOB prices that are higher than Fairtrade All of these criteria are met, and they are great! After contacting me, I received a very quick and friendly response and the "Brownie" was recommended. I drink coffee from the fully automatic machine and like to have a cappuccino and a latte mac. After the payment was received, it was quickly handed over to PostAT, but the goods were delivered with DHL because I live in Germany. Unpacked, package opened. You can see at first glance the great quality of this espresso blend: no faulty beans, consistently even roast color. In terms of taste, the espresso is a stunner. F	F N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keep in mind: this is solely the office adresse of this roaster and not a coffee shop! Prem frischkaffee roasts amazing coffees! I think its exciting that his Single Origins as well as the Blends ("Brownie"! Pre-roast blend!) all really do have their own characteristics!
