★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service or actually no service. We had to go inside and remember the waitress to bring us the drinks we ordered two times. And actually took our beer from the bar. However the best thing was yet to come... after one hour we’ve spent in waiting for our dishes the waitress said that the cook didn’t even start to prepare our meals. So we spend there two hours and went back home hungry.... I come from Bulgaria but this is a place I will never never ever visit again....Horrible! Its such a pity ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service!!! 20 minutes after coming in we had to beg for the menu, then waited for 50 minutes for an entree (salad). Two bowls of salad were dumped in front of three people, no cutlery or individual plates offered. Our mixed grill plate came after 1,5 hours and contained about half the items that were mentioned in the menue. The waitress was extremely rude, music extremely loud, and other guests around us were treated just as badly as us. When we asked for a check at the end, the waitress refused to give us a real one, claiming that the restaurant didn't have a cash register (so they don't pay taxes either!). Absolute worst of Brigittenau and Vienna - do NOT go there!
