Alle Versprechungen die vor Vertragsabschluss gemacht werden, sind mit der Unterzeichnung hinfällig. "Habe ich nie gesagt" "das mache ich seit 50 Jahren so und immer waren alle zufrieden" - ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass es auch nur einen zufriedenen Kunden gab. Eine äußerst hochwertige Küche wurde uns versprochen und bekommen haben wir etwas was überhaupt nicht dem Ausgemachten entsprach. Und das zu einem komplett überteuerten Preis. Anderswo hätten wir für diesen Preis eine wirkliche "Luxusküche" erhalten, aber wir waren so dumm und haben den Versprechungen geglaubt. Meiner Meinung nach sollte man um das Geschäft einen großen Bogen machen... 0 Sterne geht ja leider nicht... You will not often experience such a bad service to a customer. All promises made before the contract is concluded are void upon signature. "I never said" "I've been doing this for 50 years and everyone was always satisfied" - I can't imagine that there was even a satisfied customer. We were promised an extremely high quality kitchen and we got something that was not at all up to scratch. And at a completely overpriced price. Elsewhere, we would have gotten a real "luxury kitchen" for that price, but we were so stupid and didn't believe the promises. In my opinion, you should avoid business ... 0 stars is unfortunately not possible ...

Angefangen vom ausmessen des Raumes, der Zeichnung des Planes- mit Hand gezeichnet!!! bis zur Lieferung zum vereinbarten Termin und der Montage der Küche- alles bestens geklappt. D AN K E Die Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, knifflige Ideen unsererseits wurden ohne probleme in den Plan übernommen. Wo gibt es heute noch solch tollen Service? und zu einem unschlagbaren Preis- das was niemand glauben kann!!! Und das für eine Massküche. Die Firmenchefin hat sich sehr bemüht, man hat gleich bemerkt, das hier ein Profiplaner (in) am Werk ist. Wir haben eine riesengroße Freude mit unserer Küche. Wenn wieder was zum umbauen ist- nur mehr zu Preisssl Möbel, woanders werden wir gar nicht mehr anfragen... We would like to thank Preissl Möbel very much! Starting with measuring the space, drawing the plan with hand drawn !!! until delivery on the agreed date and the assembly of the kitchen - everything worked perfectly. THANK YOU The employees were all very friendly and courteous, tricky ideas on our part were included in the plan without any problems. Where can you still find such great service today? and at an unbeatable price - what nobody can believe !!! And for a mass kitchen. The head of the company made a great effort, it was immediately noticed that a professional planner is at work here. We are very happy with our kitchen. If there is something to convert again - only to Preisssl furniture, we won't ask anywhere else ...
