G	Gernot Rödl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dieses „Fachgeschäft“ ist aus folgenden Gründen (zumindest für die Glas-Rahmung von Fotopapier-Postern) nicht zu empfehlen: Für die Glas-Rahmung eines Fotopapier-Posters (nachdem man mich beharrlich für ein noch teureres Spezialglas überzeugen wollte) wurden ca 40€ veranschlagt. Nachdem es, bedingt durch maßgerechte jedoch minderwertige Rahmung (Glasrahmen mit 6 Klammern), nach 5 Monaten Wellen bekommen hat, wurden zusätzlich Reparaturkosten (für 2 zusätzliche Klammern) verlangt. Zum Vergleich: Anderes Poster im Obi-Billig-Rahmen mit 9 Klammern bekam keine Wellen und hing im selben Zimmer. Weiters haftet das Unternehmen (wie an der Kasse durch entsprechenden Hinweis ersichtlich) nicht für etwaige Schäden an des Kunden Kunstwerke/Poster. Dass ein gerahmtes Poster trotz sachgemäßer Lagerung Wellen bekommt, ist eine teure und armselige Leistung für ein „Fachgeschäft“. Dieser profitgierigen Verkaufspolitik kann ich als in Ausbildung befindlicher Student ohne sonderlichen Reichtum, aber Wertschätzung schöner Fotokunst nichts abgewinnen. Man kann für die Zukunft beachten, Poster möglichst im Standard-Format zu kaufen und gute Rahmen im Baumarkt (z.B im Obi) kaufen, in welchen das geliebte Kunststück auf günstige Weise trocken und sicher aufgehoben ist. (Jedenfalls beachten, dass die Klammern in entsprechend hoher Dichte verteilt sind. Je mehr Klammern desto unwahrscheinlicher die Wellenbildung). This "specialty shop" is not recommended for the following reasons (at least for the glass framing of photo paper posters): For the glass framing of a photo paper poster (after persistently trying to convince me of an even more expensive special glass), around 40 € was estimated. After it got waves after 5 months due to dimensionally correct but inferior framing (glass frame with 6 clips), additional repair costs (for 2 additional clips) were charged. For comparison: Another poster in the Obi-cheap frame with 9 clips got no waves and was hanging in the same room. Furthermore, the company is not liable for any damage to the customer's artworks / posters (as can be seen at the checkout by means of a corresponding note). The fact that a framed poster gets waves in spite of proper storage is an expensive and poor achievement for a “specialist shop”. As an apprentice student without particular wealth, but without appreciation of beautiful photographic art, I cannot gain anything from this profitable sales policy. For the future, you can consider buying posters in the standard format, if possible, and buying good frames in the hardware store (e.g. in the Obi), in which the beloved work of art is kept dry and safe in an inexpensive way. (In any case, make sure that the brackets are distributed in a correspondingly high density. The more brackets, the less likely the formation of waves).

Die Chefin ist ein absoluter Profi mit einem ausgezeichneten Gespür dafür, welches Bild welchen Rahmen braucht. Anyone looking for the right frame for their picture is in good hands there. The boss is an absolute professional with an excellent sense of which picture needs which frame.
