★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute in der Praxis, Empfangs Dame sehr nett, nur Frau Dr. Csmarich war voriges Jahr nicht die freundlichste und dieses mal fand sie gar nicht die Mühe mich aufzurufen sondern bevorzugte es mich lieber warten zu lassen und andere Patienten die eigentlich nach mir kamen aufzurufen. Nach 1,5 Std verließ ich ohne Untersuchung wieder die Praxis weil sich auch bis dahin leider keiner um mich gekümmert hat (obwohl ich ja angemeldet war und seit Frühjahr einen Termin gehabt hätte). Darum nur einen Stern, den kein Stern geht ja leider nicht.
Was in practice today, reception lady very nice, only Dr. med. Csmarich was not the friendliest one last year and this time she did not bother to call me but preferred to wait and see other patients who came after me. After 1.5 hours, I left without practice again because unfortunately so far, no one has taken care of me (although I was registered and had an appointment since spring). That's why only one star, no star, unfortunately not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich denke, ich habe zum ersten Mal so einen einfühlsamen, engagierten und verständnisvollen Arzt getroffen. Toles Gefühl, gut aufgehoben zu werden. Da ist man nicht nur eine Nummer, man wird beachtet, verstanden und schon bei der erstem Termin bin ich mir sicher, dass der Arzt uns wirklich hilft. Ich war beim Dr. Mersch.
I think this was my first time meeting such a sensitive, dedicated, and understanding doctor. Great feeling of being in good hands. You are not just a number, you are noticed, understood and already at the first appointment I am sure that the doctor will really help us. I was at the Dr. Mersch.
